Based in Nottingham, we provide support services for vulnerable adults to prevent, intervene in and aid recovery from homelessness by providing open access services that address people's multiple and complex needs; basic services like food and clothing, multidimensional support, medical and mental health services and a social inclusion programme. We delver the Winter Shelter which has 20 beds.

The Charity's object and its principal activity continues to be that of alleviating the conditions of life among people who are caring or have cared for people with learning disabilities at home, and who are in neccessitious circumstances. The Charity works directly with and for people with learning disabilities and continues to advance public education concerning caring for carers and the public.

Swansea Carers Centre is a local charity supporting carers within the City & County of Swansea. We support all carers of those with an illness or disability, including learning disability, mental health problems, physical disability, dementia and other long term limiting illnesses. This also includes parents of children with a disability or chronic illness.

Provides a specialist community centre, practical and emotional support, information, outreach and advice to people with hearing loss, of all faiths or none. Services include day centre, social/cultural activities and support/advocacy services for Deaf/Deafblind British Sign Language users, Deaf Awareness training/support for care homes, technology room, lipreading classes and family services

SDA provides information, welfare benefits advice, deaf communication, volunteers befriending, personal & group development, access to sports, domiciliary home care, palliative domiciliary care and supports various user activity and learning groups.

Providing support for over 50's in Newmarket and surrounding area's.Newmarket Day Centre CIO was formed by the conversion of the original charity, Newmarket Day Centre (Charity No. 290989) to a CIO in April 2015. Nightsafe is a charity for young homeless people aged between 16 and 25th Birthday. We have 6 projects - a Daycentre, Nightshelter - emergency accommodation, Supported Housing projects - Witton Project, Cornfield Cliffe, Safe@Silas and Anchor Avenue - supported housing.

To support adult and young carers residing in Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are, or werecarrying out a caring role for persons who are disabled, elderly or ill, by the provision of practical help,advice, assistance, service, advocacy and support.

The provision of care home accommodation for older people in Wirral. We run a care home (non nursing) and annexe with 24 hour care with thirty three rooms in West Kirby. We are affiliated to the Abbeyfield Society nationally.

The charitable company is registered as a domiciliary care agency with the Care Inspectorate Wales, and employs trained carer support workers who work closely with families who have caring commitments. We deliver home based respite and emotional support specifically to carers and their families, and we also provide weekly and monthly support groups.

Residential Care Home for the Elderly

Beis Brucha provides supported residential care for disadvantaged,vulnerable women post-birth,particularly those contending with physical disabilities,domestic abuse,mental health issues & PND.Babies are cared for in a dedicated nursery whilst mothers recuperate.Qualified nursery staff support mothers in acquiring necessary skills to care for their newborn & themselves despite their limitations.

Operation of a residential home for people in need of residential care

The Charity provides sheltered housing for older people from Walthamstow or Chingford in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The Charity also makes grants.Grant making falls broadly into two categories; relief in need and grants to other charitable organisations or institutions sharing similar objectives to the Charity. The recipients of grants must reside within Walthamstow or Chingford.

NHP takes a ground-breaking approach through its commitment to young people's ownership, enabling young people leaving care to achieve connected and fulfilling lives. Codesigned with young people, the groupwork approach is psychologically informed and relational and young people gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to make a house their home and live interdependently in their community.

The provision of respite care and associated services to young people and their families

The charity provides personal care and life skills learning opportunities to adults with cerebral palsy and associated disabilities in a Day Centre setting

The Charity provides residential care for women and men who have served in the Armed Forces of the Crown and women and men who can be considered to be or have been dependent on a man or woman who has served in the Armed Forces of The Crown. The Charity also offers Day Respite Care to men and women living locally.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL CARE FOR WOMEN AND MEN WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN AND WOMEN AND MEN WHO CAN BE CONSIDERED TO BE OR HAVE BEEN DEPENDENT ON A MAN OR WOMAN WHO HAS SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN. THE CHARITY ALSO OFFERS DAY RESPITE CARE TO MEN AND WOMEN LIVING LOCALLY.
