The charity aim to relieve the need of person who are or have been engaged in the care sector, and the widows, widowers, partners, orphans and the other dependents of such persons by relieving poverty and sickness.Care sector will be defined as covering care homes for the older people and for younger adults, domiciliary care providers, day centres and supported living providers.

Provide support to homeless patients admitted to hospital by mentoring & advocating for homeless people during hospital stays & following discharge; define, establish & implement a model of medical respite care for homeless patients; support the Faculty of Homeless & Inclusion Health, ensure homeless people have a voice in healthcare provision and a role in co-production of Pathway's work.

The Society's primary activity is to provide care and support to older people through the provision of residential care services at its site in Silverdale, Lancashire, plus a retirement living complex and a supported living unit, also on site. These services are open to all older people in need regardless of their mental or physical frailty and include people with dementia and end of life care.

Abbeyfield Tamar Extra Care Society provides residential care for the elderly and infirm persons.

Residential Home for the Aged

Penrice House is a residential home for the elderly.

Wide range on animals to stroke and feed, animal petting pavilion, shop-selling home produce free range meat,eggs,ice cream, Cafe, plant sales, woodland walk, play area, horse rides/RDA, birthday party room hire, day care service for people with special needs, special events throughout the year i.e halloween night, xmas grotto.

Provision of care for aged and sick members of the Dawn Christadelphian Fellowship and other aged, infirm or sick persons through the running of Beth Ezra, a Care Home at 52 Smitham Bottom Lane, Purley, Surrey.

Services for carers include advocacy, counselling, carer support groups, applying for grants, complementary therapies, training, referrals, information giving, future planning, mediation and support.Services are delivered in the way that best suits the individual carer. We also advance education concerning carers among the public, and among private, statutory and voluntary sector organsiations.

Pure Insight supports young care leavers aged 16-28. It's range of outreach projects (which tackle complex social issues for those making the transition to independence) include Mentoring, Psychological Wellbeing Service/Counselling, intense support for care experienced young parents, peer support, drop in cafes and an Experts by Experience group influencing local and national service provision

CHRISTIAN CARE HOME AND BUNGALOWS FOR THE ELDERLY

Provision of high quality properties for use by residential, supported living and day care services for people with learning difficulties.

The Society of Christ provides priests for parishes in various parts of the country where there is a substantial Polish Community and is running one residential care home for the Polish Community.

To provide a residential care home for the elderly

Local Infrastructure Organisation providing services to frontline VCS groups in Organisational Development and volunteering. Projects include: Weekend Care, engagement projects with adults of working age or with a learning disability, Quality For Health, Regional Voices, Molly and Bill (Active Care Homes) and capacity building for the NHS.

The charity provides weekend day care, care and respite in the home, support, advice and information, assessment and client representation for carers and people with dementia. It also provides services for younger people with dementia.

Provides accommodation and care for the elderly

The charity is a voluntary organisation offering an accessible community based resource for disabled children, young people, their carers and families. We offer a help line, support for carers, an information base covering a broad range of issues, a fully equipped sensory room and social events such as play sessions.

The provision of personal care and domestic support service to individuals in their own homes. Hetton Home Care Services provide these services in Easington Lane, Hetton-le-Hole, Houghton-le-Spring, Fence Houses, Shiney Row, Penshaw, Washington and surrounding areas.
