The Learning Library's main function is to loan out specialist resources and equipment to people of all ages who have additional needs.

The objectives of the charity are to provide education in Western and Indian classical music, dance, drama and fine arts in India, Britain and other parts of the world. The Trust raises funds to assist its sister trust, The Mathieson Music School in Kolkata, India. It provides teaching for children who are selected either because they are orphans or from the poorest of the poor.

By offering grants the Charity encourages an appreciation of the Arts in Tring and the surrounding areas through a variety of performing arts, theatrical productions and artistic excellence, both amateur and professional. Girls Rock London works with girls, women, trans and non-binary people to increase the numbers making and performing music, and to improve individuals' confidence and self-esteem. Radhakrishma Temple Shyama Ashram is committed to bringing communities together. The trust organises social and religious events, prayers, and celebrations which are open to the larger community. The trust also arranges various events to celebrate Hindu festivals. The Temple recieves donations from devotees and well-wishers, and donates some to other charities.

Links provides supported learning opportunities for people with mental health issues. An example of courses we run are: Information Technology and accredited Learndirect courses, pottery, art, textiles, creative writing, digital photography, film making, cycling, waking and greencraft.
