The Addison Group of Singers operates to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in an appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Society through its Executive Committee shall determine from time to time.

Performance of Choral Music, mainly classical, usually with orchestral accompaniment.

Provide Islamic library facilities open daily containing books & journals on Islam & other faiths, open to all. Islamic lectures, seminars and educational classes led by qualified teachers. Organise youth sports activities for community and social cohesion such as cricket, football & badminton. To facilitate funerals and provide counselling services by qualified counsellors to the bereaved.

Operates a centre with a range of services for 16 user groups. These range from young people's drama and dance groups, older peoples keep fit classes and groups for disabled people. The move to the newly built centre was made in May 2012. The Trust have worked with Open Art in bringing various art forms to the local community.

Bristol Gurmat Class hold weekly classes with young people and adults teaching the Gurmukhi language and Sikh Scripture. Gurmat Sangeet, a variation of Indian Classical Music is also propogated We hold local, national and virtual events for the advancement of the Sikh Religion and engage in interfaith work. We support other organisations with similar objectives and work on many social campaigns.

To raise funds by subscription or other means in order to be able to assist the Dean & Chapter of Ely Cathedral in the advancement of the religious, pastoral, musical and educational work of the Cathedral including the preservation of its fabric and the ornaments and furnishings thereof.

The church operates weekly Sunday worship services where the community meets to pray and worship God to advance their spiritual development with their maker. The service includes the study of the scriptures, prayer, singing, and listening to sermons. The church also performs communion and baptism services as part of worship.
