TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS , QURAN READING CLASSES AND LECTURES TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THE VALUES OF ISLAMIC RELIGION."

The Opera Awards Foundation will advance the education of the public in the art of opera in particular by the provision of bursaries or grants to individuals, groups of individuals or other charitable organisations.

Promotion of classical music concerts in Cheltenham for the general public

The object of the Society is to educate the public in the dramatic and performing arts to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts to assist and further such charitable institutions and charitable purposes as the Committee shall from time to time determine.

Provision of a 17 day Festival in June and July each year. Contains many free events and provides a variety of entertainment opportunities for Ashbourne and surrounding areas.

The objectives of the charity are to promote and improve the arts and stimulate public appreciation in such arts. The Trustees have sought to fulfill this objective through the promotion of high quality drama and entertainment centring on productions at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre itself. Such productions have gone on to tour nationally or run in the West End.

The aim of the association is to advance the education of pre-school and primary school children in Aberaeron town through the medium of the Welsh language.

Providing inclusive, high quality youth theatre experiences for children and young people from all backgrounds, where creativity and self-confidence grow and there's the freedom to be themselves; positively influencing their development to be positive citizens and their engagement with the performing arts. Delivers social, creative and cultural benefits to all sections of our local communities.

Financial support for relief of poverty, local famine relief, drilling wells, for specific assessed individual education, building a Health Centre. Provision of: recycled computers, mobile phones, secondhand free spectacles, health education using Swahili literature. Annual Trustee and supporter trips to the area of operation and possible visits of Tanzanian pastors to UK for mutual edification.

First Act 2011 aims to inspire people with learning difficulties to achieve their artistic ambitions through the use of Drama and other Performing Arts. This is facilitated through group instruction, practice and teaching skills associated with the Performing Arts, culminating in productions to live Theatre audiences.

A community centre based in Camelford, North Cornwall. We provide meeting space for community activities including a youth cafe, a walking club. a film club, photographic society, art classes, book club, games evenings and a range of healthy living activities. We also run a community larder.

The Circuit has been involved in worship, prayer and bible studies, available to all. Churches have been used for funerals, weddings and baptisms. Other activities include: coffee mornings, meals, illustrated talks, concerts and exhibitions. Premises have been used by: Mothers & Toddlers, W.I., Girl Guides, wildlife groups, choirs, dance groups, Powys Carers, Action for Children and others.

To advance, improve and maintain public education in and appreciation of the arts, in particular the art of music, in the Isle of Purbeck and the surrounding Dorset area by holding an annual festival of chamber music to include concerts, master classes, and workshops.

The Natural Voice Network is a network of people who work with voice and song, and who believe that singing is everyone?s birthright, regardless of musical experience or ability.

To provide a safe,learning place for pre school children

The provision of health, recreation, leisure and educational opportunities, particularly in the Netherthorpe, Upperthorpe and Langsett areas of Sheffield.. The key focus of provision is the Zest Centre - a healthy living centre comprising a public swimming pool, gym, library, cafe, meeting rooms, office space and a range of health promotion and public health initiatives.

The London Centre for the Humanities is a forum for the humanities. It promotes the arts and sciences which relate to the understanding of human beliefs, models of expression and social practice. It holds events, seminars and lectures and mentors emerging writers and artists. In doing so it seeks to promote writing, performance, and the visual arts which transcend particular expressive forms.

Climate Change All Change is a primary school programme that blends climate literacy and creative design solutions to address the climate crisis. In partnership with innovative designers, children design buildings, transportation, clothing and products for a climate changed future. Their concepts are elaborated in the designer's studio and given a national stage through exhibition.

The League of Friendship operates the Howlands Community Hub, which is open 5 days a week for its members, who are people with a wide range of disabilities. While it is important as a social venue, the main work of the Centre is to provide facilities and instruction in various arts and crafts. To that end the League employs 2 part-time teachers one of whom is an established local artist.

We produce, promote and create opportunities for children and young people to improve their mental health and wellbeing through singing. The benefits of singing, especially in groups, are wide-ranging with extensive research supporting the physiological, social, psychological and behavioural benefits.We believe in harnessing the power of singing to improve people's mental health and wellbeing.

The Cobweb Orchestra operates as a community orchestra for all abilities and ages. The Cobweb Orchestra aims to advance, improve, develop and maintain public eduction in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects.
