The aims of Blandford Museum are to record, conserve and display all aspects of the prehistory and history of Blandford and the surrounding region, and to bring the records and displays to the attention of the public. Recording is accomplished by maintaining archives and library facilities and making these available to the public; display of Blandford history is managed by means of exhibitions.

Promotion of brass bands and brass band music as an art form in the community. Education and training of new and existing brass musicians of all ages.

The maintenance of the choir of Canterbury Cathedral and its music including provision of bursaries, scholarships or financial assistance for boys, lay clerks and other members of the Cathedral choir including the organist and assistant organists, through grants made to Dean and Chapter of Canterbury Cathedral.

Society for the preservation of old buildings, currently Nutley Windmill and a Medieval Wealden Hall House, Bridge Cottage in the south end of Uckfield High Street, and the production of publications and exhibitions to promote interest and appreciation of the local heritage.

Beaconsfield is constituted to educate the public in the arts: a charity which specialises in providing a resource for the development and presentation of contemporary visual art.

Establishing & maintaining accessible dance and creative activities for the benefit of disabled and non-disabled participants, audiences and the wider public. Providing and establishing support to enhance best practice when providing teaching in the field of inclusive dance.

MDT works with the community to deliver social, economic and cultural regeneration projects. MDT's main aim is to acquire the redundant Old Hospital and develop it as a town-centre community hub including an information centre, the Library, a museum and space for events. MDT currently runs Minehead Information Centre and employs a manager to support the town's economic regeneration strategy.

Advancing the Christian Faith in Manchester & surroundings, Fulfilling the other needs of the community, Establishing Churches for preaching the Gospel of Christ Jesus, Organizing regular Christian Seminars, workshops, lectures, Distributing Christian literature, Audio and visual aids, Organizing training courses and setting up Bible classes, Providing regular counselling and advice on prayers etc

The Marching Band Association UK is a voluntary run organisation who teaches both adults and children of all ages the skill of playing a musical instrument and competing in competitions throughout the uk.

Operates the library and provides a community hub for the people of Great Ayton

Educational activities for members and general public. Publications, newsletters, lectures, visits. Local community activities eg consultations on planning matters, advice to local authority, developers and other bodies. Erection of plaques commemorating important local citizens and events.

The main objectives of the Charity are the promotion and advancement of education and in particular musical education and the encouragement of the arts including the arts of music, drama mime dancing and singing.

King Edward's Hall is a facility that is available for hire by either individuals, groups or institutions, for the purpose of private functions, indoor sport, public/private meetings, educational purposes and for use by Local authorities as a polling station etc.In addition the trustees organise a variety of events, including theatre, light entertainment, cinema, themed events

Various other private functions - Weddings, Family Celebrations, Educational purposes for young Children by Surrey Wild Life & schools. We hold Fetes, Fun Days & Shows etc to assist in maintaining premises.

The advancement of education in the arts in Burton upon Trent and District by the production of one or more dramatic stage plays or musicals each year.

Our primary concern is promoting sexual health among young people by encouraging more rewarding relationships. Resources and programmes designed by the Health Behaviour Group are used mainly in educational settings but have been adapted to a variety of contexts. We specialise in peer-led and multi-agency approaches with participatory, group-learning styles often involving dramatic conventions.

CHOIR

The charity supports children and education in and near Livingstone, Zambia, as well as the relief of poverty and distress. The focus is presently on the construction of school facilities for a school for vulnerable children. Other schools are also supported with the provision of books, computers etc. We have also helped two women's empowerment groups as well as homework club and pre school.

The objects for which the Society is established are :(a) to educate and entertain the public in the dramatic and operatic arts; (b) to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts; and(c) to undertake such other activities which are incidental or complimentary to the above objects together with any other charitable activity.
