For the well being of local residents.This includes sporting facilities ie cricket, football, outdoor bowls, tennis and netballThe Memorial Hall supports all activities such as Doctors Surgery, library facilities, Women's Institute, Line Dancing, Coffee club, British Legion meetings, History Society, tea dancing, Astronomical Society, Pilates and other group exercise classes, mother/baby group

The advancement of education in relation to all aspects of the dramatic art and the development of public appreciation of such art. Achieved through the performance of dramatic works and the provision drama workshops.

We provide a variety of social and leisure activities and opportunities for our members who have a learning disability and/or SEND needs (extended to family members, guardians, carers). This includes social activities, such as discos and games groups, as well as cooking groups to enhance life skills, as well as drama and arts groups to promote creativity and freedom of expression.

Provide support to workers in the scientific field of rheology through the provision of services such as regular publications, organisation of conferences and meetings, conferring of awards, travel bursaries, etc.

The main aim of our society is to broadcast religious, cultural and social programs. We broadcast programs on DAB Radio Channel A Plus & on line "Sanskarradio.com" throughout the year from 5am to 10pm.Three times a year we broadcast till midnight to celebrate the Hindu festivals MAHA SHIVRATRI, JANMASHTMI AND DIWALI. All the presenters serve the community without any monetary reward.

We advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and the appreciation of, the art and science of singing Barbershop Harmony in both chorus and quartet forms by any means the trustees see fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals.This has included weekly rehearsals, National Competitions and public performances we have gained a number of new members.

The Palace Theatre was conveyed to the council by Mrs GE Mouillot in a deed of gift as an expression of her interest and goodwill towards the then County Borough Council.The Theatre is used for the general benefit of the inhabitants of Southend-on-Sea

The charity acts as a managing committee for two halls. These halls are used for various clubs mainly for older persons. We have now started letting the halls be used for youth clubs and to learn ballroom dancing.

Nova Music Trust's principal activity is the performance, promotion and recording of contemporary and twentieth century music, with a specialism in field of chamber opera.

To advance the Roman Catholic religion for the benefit of the public mainly, but not exclusively, by promoting the Roman Catholic religion through the ongoing translation, publication and dissemination of the teachings of Antonio Rosmini into the English language to enlighten others about the teachings of the Roman Catholic religion in accordance with the charism of Antonio Rosmini.

Mae Ffermwyr Ifanc Meirionnydd yn fudiad i ieuenctid rhwng 10 a 31 oed. Mae 9 clwb o fewn mudiad Meirionnydd sydd yn cynnig llu o weithgareddau a chystadleuthau amrywiol drwy'r flwyddyn. Un o brif amcanion y mudiad ydi i hyrwyddo diwylliant a'r Iaith Gymraeg ac hefyd helpu'r aelodau i fagu hunan hyder a sgiliau bywyd.

The object of the South Derbyshire Trust is:- "to promote the development of music making opportunities for people in South Derbyshire and surrounding areas. It will do this by, amongst other things, making available music experiences through the provision of musical and concert opportunities and making available musical instruments as and when necessary".

The Palace Theatre Club is operated by a group of volunteers who raise money through trips and events for the Palace Theatre Westcliff on Sea, Essex.

Activities include:- A Sunday morning meeting which includes,a Bible talk, singing, prayers and friendship- Weekly Bible studies- Service projects in the community- Youth group for secondary school children- Community outreach

To promote appreciation and understanding of 19th century english arts and artefacts by undertaking research, by supporting exhibitions, publications, lectures and workshops. To advance education and knowledge by supporting centres of teaching of art and by providing financial assistance to students, and provision of scholarships and bursaries.

The objectives of the Foundation are that of advancement of education and training in publishing and literary agency and writing fiction and non-fiction; to support the development of emerging talent by supporting individuals through the awards of grants, internships and mentoring and promoting a love of literature.

The charity's objects are to advance the Hindu religion and in particular the teachings of Swami Shree Satyamitranand and to give and receive spiritual guidance.To achieve this the charity promotes religious, social and cultural activities throughout the year by organising weekly prayer meetings together with religious festivals.

Fostering of the public's knowledge, experience and appreciation of chamber music and thereby the advancement of the arts, culture and education for the public benefit, including by means of organising an annual public festival of chamber music concerts in the town of Lewes, East Sussex, and the surrounding area.

Side By Side Drama Group uses Theatre and music for integration, community cohesion, English learning and confidence building. We are based in Sheffield and run groups in Sharrow and the City centre

We promote and teach the skills-craft of knotting and associated crafts to members of the public (retired groups -WI, youth groups-scouts, guides, army/sea cadets). We hold a library of knot books for reference, for public use. We publish (quarterly) a knotting magazine. We maintain a website including a forum for information exhange including tutorials.
