Arts Charities

We develop literacy, critical thinking and active citizenship for young people, through experimenting with literature and combined arts. We nurture the talent of tomorrow. We empower disadvantaged and under-represented young people to fulfil their artistic potential. We do this through writing and performance workshops.

The Great Commission Ministry's main goal is to spread the gospel and see believers grow in faith. In doing so we also meet the practical needs of the community and regurarly help the poor, sick, homeless & elderly. We provide opportunities for basic training to help people be in touch with modern tecnology, and encourage members to use their natural gifts whether it be in music, dance, or drama.

Volcano is a theatre company based in South Wales that promotes the Arts for the publicbenefit by creating innovative performances that engage both the local community and thegeneral public throughout the UK and beyond.

We are a large multi-purpose community centre in North London housing various projects: Under 5s Drop-In,London Capital Credit Union,Kurdish & Middle Eastern Women's Org,Octopus Community Network,Choices CIC,Elthorne Pride Big Local, Scarabeus Theatre Group. We run a number of health and educational activities and also hire office and hall space to external users for activities and functions.

Peer Productions is a unique youth arts charity specialising in peer education through theatre. Each year we recruit a team of young people (aged 17 to 23) who we train as actors and educators. We create original educational plays on complex social issues which tour schools, colleges and youth settings across the South East. We also deliver outreach projects with targeted community groups.

ACITIVITIES INCLUDE THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS, RECITALS AND THE ORGANISATION OF MUSIC WORKSHOPS AND MASTERCLASSES.

Through our workshops and events, we work with our learners to unlock their potential and change lives. We deliver Music, Dance and Drama workshops in Sheffield, and put on a proper nightclubs for people with learning disabilities

MUSIC OF LIFE FOUNDATION OFFERS HIGH-QUALITY MUSICAL TRAINING AND PERFORMING OPPORTUNITIES TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS. IT PROVIDES ACCESS TO ALL ITS EVENTS INCLUDING ADAPTED TRANSPORT AND CARERS. ITS FOCUS IS ON DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN WHO HAVE EXTREMELY LIMITED OR NO ACCESS TO MUSIC-MAKING.

New International Encounter (NIE) creates new theatre productions for young people that are presented locally, nationally and internationally. We deliver an education and engagement programme working with young people in the UK.

A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ARTS CENTRE AND THEATRE FOR THE PEOPLE OF AYLESBURY AND BEYOND

We are an educational charity and unique centre for film and photography devoted to artistic and technical excellence. For 30 years we've been nurturing talent in an environment where award winning artists work alongside new talent. We are London's longest established centre for independent film production and training, and provide access to some of the best professional darkrooms in London.

The activities carried out are communal prayer services and celebration of festivals and other festive occasions together with classes and publications aimed at educating Jewish people about their religion, as well as provision of basic religious articles and grants for needy people to help with extra costs of religious activities and festivals.

To promote and advance agriculture for the benefit of the public and to seek and generally improve and publicise it in all its branches and to encourage skill and industry in it and in all trades, crafts and connections with it.For the primary purpose of raising money for the pursuance of its Principal Objects to hold an annual agricultural show.

THE MAIN OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE OWNERSHIP AND UPKEEP OF THE BLACKPOOL GRAND THEATRE, A GRADE 2* LISTED BUILDING.THE CHARITY RECEIVES RENTAL INCOME FROM THE LETTING OF THE THEATRE, A SHOP AND KIOSKS.THE CHARITY, PERIODICALLY, HAS APPEALS TO RAISE MONIES FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES TO SUPPORT ITS MAIN OBJECT.

We run issue based drama workshops with women and girls groups, using drama as a tool to empower, increasing participants self-esteem and confidence. We also create touring theatre informing wider debate of the issues covered.

Domestic radio broadcasts are carried by Premier Radio daily during weekdays on both terrestrial and satellite stations. The Leading The Way television program is broadcast on TBN and Daystar. LTW currently has dual language programming available in English and twenty two other languages.
