Fraternal and Benevolent activities to aid Charitable causes.

The cadets, both male and female between the ages of 9 and 18 years, are taught nautical skills such as sailing, power boating, canoeing. They also take part in the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme.

Godinton Village Hall is used for about 16 User Groups ranging from Brownies, Guides,WI to a very successful playgroup

Helping young people get the most out of life. There are 3 sections which are run by leaders meeting on various week day evenings. Beavers age group 6-8, Cub scouts age group 8-10 and Scouts 10 to 14. There are indoor and outdoor activities, competitions and so on at District and County levels. Camping is mainly for the cubs and scouts with the beaver cub scouts visiting on for a day.

Fund raising for local and international charities; monies raised donated to charities to spend or for supporting local needy families and children as directed by local authority agencies or charities.

SCOUTING ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AGE 6 TO ADULT

We are a Scout Group

Provide support and transport for outings to the coast or other places of interest to our members. We provide safe transport to enable our members to go out with friends to bingo halls, restaurants, theatre etc in the evening. Support and provide our members with transport for hospital and home visits.

To raise funds for Sondes Lodge No 996 and other Local and National Masonic Charities. Occasionally, if funds permit, small donations may be made to other worthy local causes

TO FURTHER THE WORK OF KETTERING ART GALLERY AND MUSEUM AND TO HELP MAKE THEM MORE WIDELY KNOWN, UNDERSTOOD AND ENJOYED;TO HELP STRENGTHEN THE COLLECTIONS OF THE ART GALLERY AND MUSEUM BY GIFT AND PURCHASE, CONSERVATION AND CATALOGUING;TO PROMOTE CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES IN THE KETTERING AREA, INCLUDING ORGANISING MEETINGS, VISITS AND TALKS ON RELEVANT SUBJECTS.

Fundraising and finanical support to Ripon Hospitals

Fundraising for Four Marks Primary School, through events such as Summer & Christmas fairs.

We are the 4th Ipswich Scout Group, running scouting activities for children between 6 and 14 years of age

Village hall/community activities.

ARRANGE TRANSPORT, HELP WITH SHOPPING, SHOPPING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE, BEFRIENDING, COLLECTING PRESCRIPTIONS, FUND RAISING.WE ALSO RUN A FORTNIGHTLY SOCIAL CLUB WHICH PROVIDES ENTERTAINMENT & LUNCH.

To maintain and manage West Wycombe village hall.
