Scouting movement activities for Beavers, Cubs & Scouts.

The charity organises and runs fundraising events/ activities. The money raised is used to advance the education of pupils at the school by providing/ assisting in the provision of facilities to enhance the childrens education and wellbeing.

Fund Raising events.

Fund raising in the community through ticket sales to village events, raffles, church choir performances and similar.

Fundraising events - Swimfest Gala, Race Nights, Millionaires Evening, Barn-dance, Musical events, Quiz nights and Santa Fun Run.Public Service operations include stewarding of Town Council organised Chistmas and Feast Week events. Organising School Young Chef, Design and Writing & competitions.We support local charities & good causes as well as National & International charities & appeals.

We give grants to clubs of elderly people to help them meet their social activities expenditure.

FUND RAISING FOR UGBOROUGH PRIMARY SCHOOL TO HELP FUND ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHILDREN AND OR SUPPLY ADDITIONAL RESOURCES.

To provide financial support for projects focusing on improving the health, relief of poverty and the advancement of education of the people of the Tabora region of Tanzania and in particular the village of Uyogo.

Various scouting activities including hiking, camping, map reading, fundrasing, sports and craft.

To collect sums of money for the purpose of providing a playing field and ancillary facilities and a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the village of Mereside in the parish of Ramsey and the neighbourhood for the county of Cambridgeshire without distinction of sex or of political, or religious or other opinions, with the object of improving conditions of life.

We hold monthly meetings with a speaker; subjects covered are varied. We also hold regular exercise classes and coffee meetings for members and arrange various outings to places of interest

Raising money to pay for equipment and resources to benefit the children at Black Horse Hill Junior School and Infant School.

Scout Group

The Friends of The Croft School organises events such as fairs, children's parties and social evenings with the primary aim of raising funds to support the schooling of the pupils of the Croft School.

The activities of the charity are to provide the facilities and finance to enable the section leaders of the scout group to provide the training and development of young people as prescribed by the scout association.

Raising funds to support charitable activities in and around the Keighley area and worldwide. In addition our members undertake services to support the community.

Scout group including Beavers, Cubs and Scouts

Friends of Puss Bank is the parent fundraising group for the school. We source funds to help the school to buy additional resources and services by means of holding events events for members of the school and their families/friends.

The village hall is run to provide a meeting place for local clubs, social groups, and family parties.

Sporting, recreational and associated social activities for the people of Elvington and the surrounding area. This currently includes football, netball, cricket, tennis, yoga and dancing groups.

We hold monthly meetings where we have speakers on various topics or we have an activity meeting. We have a raffle each month and also a competition linked with the speaker or activity. At least twice a year we have an outing one of which is usually a Christmas meal or similar at an outside venue. Quite often we have a quiz with just small prizes for the winning team.

Provide premises for local community activities
