Acquiring by gift, purchase or otherwise, and present to the Bodleian Library rare printed books and manuscripts as well as other items of literary, musical, historical or artistic interest, assisting the library in the purchase of any such material and its preservation; promoting and supporting the library in its aim to fulfil the needs of the University of Oxford.

We support local & overseas charities.

Southfield WI is outward looking, it has monthly meetings with speakers, reading group, visits to theatre, and historical places. It supports G.F.W.I. events, including music, drama, crafts, and environmental issues. Southfield gives a bursary for educational courses, welcomes visitors, and gives social companionship for its members. Many members volunteer for local causes.

The objects of the Friends are to advance the Charitable Objectives of the University of Buckingham by providing support to the University either by agreed monetary donations and / or practical support.

Monthly meeting with speakers & demonstrations, drama group, walking group, craft group. Monthly outings and local activities.

Our charity provides a space in which our community can gather for a variety of activities and meetings. We already cater for groups such as Whist, Brownies and Horticultural Society. The space is also used for parent and baby classes, band practice and exercises classes as well as parties and gatherings.

To preserve, protect and improve for the public benefit the land known as Storeton Woods and to promote the conservation of the natural plant and animal life therein.

Roller skate Parties for young people, Pantomime Society,Coffee Mornings for older people,Provision of School Uniform Exchange Facility and Room Rentals for Community Groups.

Helping young people achieve their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities, through an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training.

The Notable Club promotes and facilitates social activity for disabled people from 16 to 60 years of age

FUNDRAISING FOR AMENITIES FOR PATIENTS, THEIR VISITORS AND STAFF , PROVISION AND DISTRIBUTION OF GIFTS FOR PATIENTS TO MAKE THEIR STAY COMFORTABLE ON FESTIVE OCCASIONS, THE PURCHASE OF PIONEERING EQUIPMENT WHICH COULD NOT HAVE OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE THROUGH NHS SOURCES.

Helping young people and adults in the Guide and Scout Movements and the wider community to learn about and to appreciate the countryside. To learn new skills for camping and working together to achieve this through fun and friendship. Any group working for The Duke of Edinborough Award Scheme can also use the campsite.

Various fundraising events including Village Fair, Winter Fair, Discos, Fun Runs, Quiz nights and coffee mornings.
