A monthly meeting held in the village hall. Listening to a variety of speakers on different subjects.Running courses for members. Arranging outings for members as well as a monthly lunch club, book club and craft and scrabble meetings.

Offers all kinds of opportunities to women, friendship, skills, campaigning, community service

Raise funds through activities such as school discos, fairs, raffles and completions for Belmont Primary School. The money raised is used to enhance the educational experience of pupils at the school through the purchase of new equipment and the subsidising of school activities,

Edenbridge Evening WI is a local branch of the National and West Kent Federations of the WI. Our aims include the education of women and girls for the public benefit in all areas including local, national and international issues of political and social importance; music, drama and other cultural subjects; agriculture, crafts, home economics, science, health and social welfare.

We run raffles etc, organise charity shows & general money raising from among our lodges.

MONTHLY MEETINGS WITH SPEAKERS, CRAFT WORKSHOPS, VISITS TO PLACES OF INTEREST.

We provide a social base for women of Ightham and district. We also support issues of local, national and international interest.

The Friends Of Downsview raise money for equipment, to subsidise theatre visits and other trips, as well as run social events for the children, families, local residents and other stake holders. Amongst these events are The Annual Christmas shop, Christmas parties and a Summer Fete.

We meet as a group once a month.We enjoy informative & educational talks on a wide range of subjects & social occasions.Outings are arranged during the year and we vote on annual resolutions that our National Federation take forward and action to help raise awareness on such diverse issues as:Maternity; Equal pay; Waste & poverty; Carers; Mental Health; Climate Change; Plastic Soup; Ovarian Cancer

To provide a fully maintained meeting place for Rainbows; Brownies; Guides and Ranger groups within the local area and provide a safe and happy environment for them to learn in a fun environment.

Monthly meetings ,where opportunity is given to educate members to provide an effective role in community.Opportunities to participate in social, musical, craft, home economics, walking, theatre events. have also taken place.

The Charity's aim is to assist the PCC of St Leonard's Church, Eynsham with the preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement, upkeep, beautification and restoration of the Church and of any monument, fitting, fixture, stained glass, organ or bell in the Church, but excluding the churchyard adjoining the Church.

Fund raising by members' donations and by fund raising at social events. Annual distribution of funds to other Masonic Charities and general National and Local charities. Grants to assist members in financial need.

Monies are collected from members and when local outside charities ask for some assistance we pass the monies on.

Sunday chapel services, Llangower & Rhosygwaliau social evenings, Llangower & Rhosygwaliau show, keep fit classes, the community's own use (birthday parties), Gwynedd Council, scouts clubs, Friday family club & Sunday night talk (Tecwyn Ifan).

Godshill WI holds monthly meetings, with speakers on a range of subjects: restoring china; life as a stunt artist; autosctica. We organise educational outings, hold fundraising events and take part in local community events.
