The support of local and Rotary charities. These may involve young,disadvantaged or elderly people. Some may be for projects overseas especially areas of special need following natural disasters.

To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of Uganda and other parts of Africa including the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, sickness or distress, the preservation & protection of health, and the advancement of religion.

The charity acts as part of the Scout Association to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens, and as members of their local, national and international communities. This is achieved by young people taking part in varied activities in partnership with adult leaders.

Council aims to achieve the Friends' objects of fellowship and fundraising to support St Paul's often in both time and money, by promoting membership of the Friends, producing the twice-yearly Dome magazine, organising self-financing social activities for members, and making financial grants to the Corporation of the Cathedral Church of St Paul in London out of net funds raised including legacies.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. We encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 1st Bramhall Scout Group give young people of Bramhall the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed

The Charity runs various fund-raising events throughout the year in order to raise funds to distribute to worthy causes.

Fundraising for schools needs

Purchase of medical equipment or items requested using fundraising via light refreshments and small shop, also second hand books.

To mobilise, encourage, foster and maintain the interest of the public in patients and the support of the work of Salisbury General Hospital.To provide funds to supplement as The League sees fit the resources of the Hospital Services, or putting such funds or any part thereof at the disposal of the Foudation Trust in supplementing such resources.

The policy of the charity continues to be to derive its income from donations from various institutions and individuals and to make donations in accordance with the Trust objects.

Leasing and upkeep of Hall (under HQ name)Running Explorer, Scout, Cub and Beaver troop: General weekly activities plus camps.

Provision of recreational activities for inhabitants of Saltash and surrounding neighbourhood

Income to be applied to or for the relief of the poor and needy and to or for such other charitable purpose, society, individual or object as the club may from time to time decide.

The care and support of children and adults with a learning disability - and support for their parents and other carers :- seven o'clock social club for adults age 15 and over, Summer holiday programme for about 90 children and adults - also giving a week's respite to carers.

General scouting activities

Providing Scouting activities for young people, both male and female, from 6 years upwards through Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts and Scouts. There is provision for young people through to age 25 in the Explorer Unit meeting at our headquarters and through membership of the Scout Active Support Unit.

Relieve of patients and former patients of the Hospital and other invalids in the commmunity

The Association is established to improve the conditions of life for the inhabitants of Woodston and Fletton, Peterborough as defined on map contained in the consitution and known as "area of benefit"

Funding of medical research, medical equipment and patient welfare for the Leeds Centre for Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Myloma

Girlguiding Shropshire is within Girlguiding Midlands Region and part of the national Girlguiding organisation. Girlguiding Shropshire enables girls and young women to develop their potential so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world, through a self planned programme of activities and challenges, guided by trained adult volunteers.
