11 meetings annually and other one-off activities.

WE ARE A PTA ORGANISATION,WE RAISE MONEY WHICH GOES TOWARDS SCHOOL EQUIPMENT,OUTINGS ETC.WE HAVE A SUMMER FETE,CHRISTMAS FAYRE AND SMALLER FUND RAISING EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR(DISCOS,NON-UNIFORM DAYS ETC).WE ARE A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN TRURO CORNWALL.

Provides a range of practically based activities for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts: for example educational, sporting and environmental. Activities are either based in the HQ or are undertaken during trips away either on a daily basis or on field camps.

We organise fund raising activites such as a Summer Fete, Christmas Raffle, Plant Sale, Clothing collections etc

Enfield Division provides activities for girls only from 5 to 25 and leaders. These girl led activities include craft, games, camps and holidays, badges eg. D of E, competitions, adventurous activities and fund raising. Section wide events include Rainbow days, Brownie Sleepovers, Guide camps, leader training, Heafield competition, Patrons Lunch and Guiding Gala Dinner

THE CLUB IS AN AUTONOMOUS PART OF LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL WHICH HAS 1.4 MILLION MEMBERS WORLDWIDE. ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN LOCALLY IN NORTH DORSET AND SOUTH SOMERSET TO INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS AND OTHER CHARITIES BY WAY OF EQUIPMENT PURCHASES, GRANTS ETC. SUPPORT IS ALSO GIVEN TO NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CAUSES RECOGNISED BY LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL, PARTICULARLY HEALTH, SIGHT AND YOUTH ISSUES.

PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

The main purpose of Lumb W.I. is to enable women to work together, putting into practice those ideals for which the W.I. stands.

Friends of Badby School (FOBS) aim is to advance the education of the pupils of the school by providing and assisting with the provision of facilities for education that are not normally provided by the Local Education Authority.FOBS engage in fundraising activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it.

Playgroup. Play & stay over 60s, slimming, line dancing, youth club, tea dances. Centre lettings for various activities volunteer groups (ie) carers.

The WI offers women the opportunity to learn new skills, meet with friends and join in National WI campaigns.

We are a group of parents from Driffield Northfield Infant School and we raise funds for extra equipment for the said school. We have purchased many items including play equipment, books, instruments, a wendy house and helped to provide the school with a computer suite and iPads. We have many events throughout the year including toy & book sales, discos, summer fayre, christmas & easter bingo.

We hold regular meetings with speakers covering a wide range of subjects, help with local community projects & organize trips to various events & attractions.

Providing capital expenditure for sporting facilities within the local area

Monthly meetings are held for members and visitors. Generally a speaker addresses the group on a topic relevant to the interest areas indicated. An informal discussion group meets regularly, as do other interest groups and visits are frequently organised.

The charity helps and support the Hillingdon Music School through the year, supporting childrens music fees, buying of instruments and helpinh at concerts which take place during the year.

The Seals-Solihull Swimming Club for the Disabled- exists to provide an opportunity for physically disabled members and those with learning disabilities in the Solihull area to enjoy a swim every Monday evening(except Bank Holidays) during a private session at the local pool. Social activities are also included in the Club's calendar of events.
