The Maritime Youth Group is a small independent charity. Aims are: To advance skills in the area of education and learning among local residents and surrounding areas and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for the training and development of young people who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances.

Raise funds to provide educational activities eg invite speakers from a range of interests such as photography, bee keeping, local historical sites. Hold an annual harvest auction, where net proceeds are used to subsidise coach trips to places of interest eg lavender farm, Buckfast Abbey etc. Additionally, donations are made to other charitable bodies e.g. cancer research, local food bank etc.

Raising money for local and overseas charities.

THE RELIEF OF SUCH POOR AND DISTRESSED BROTHER MASONS OR THEIR POOR AND DISTRESSED WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OR TO OR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH MASONIC CHARITIES OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR SOCIETIES AND OBJECTS AS THE LODGE SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

Local Women's Institute providing social and educational activities.

Fund raising in various ways to be able to make donations to a variety of charities in Great Britain and abroad.

Working for the advancement of women's education.

To build a new parish room for St Mary Magdalene Church, Westoning. Supporting the physical maintenance and improvement of the fabric of St Mary Magdalene Church.

Cake stall, Tombola, Easter Egg, Bottle stalls. A Christmas raffle. Money we raise goes to help patients. We hold these stalls in the main entrance of the Eye department.

The Windlesham Society currently provides a range of community activities such as planning issues, Christmas and other events, and represents members views in accordance with the constitution.
