The Rotary Club of Stevenage raises and provides charitable funding or services within Stevenage, the County of Hertfordshire, nationally within the UK, and internationally in response to areas of natural disasters e.g flood, earthquake, hurricane, fire, etc., and also to fund/match-fund educational, environmental and humanitarian issues worldwide - also supporting our four Twin Towns.

The charity raises money locally to fund causes which are deemed important throughout the year. The charity operates in Thetford, Norfolk

St. Clement's Church in Cambridge is a building of considerable historical and architectural importance. The Friends of St Clement's Church supports the preservation of the building to enable the building to be used by the Anglican congregation and allow public access to the building.

TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY SERVICE FOR FRIENDSHIP AND EXCHANGE OF KNOWLEDGE. WE HAVE SERIES OF VARIOUS SPEAKERS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND DAYS OUT. FREQUENT OPEN MEETINGS ARE ARRANGED FOR NON MEMBERS.

Kington Lions raises funds from local benefactors and distributes those funds by way of grants to local needy and good causes.

Raising of funds for the benefit of members and their dependants in need of financial support. Also supporting of local and national charitable causes.

The Friends of Teignmouth Orangery have renovated and now maintain the Orangery originally built in 1842 in the grounds of Bitton House (currently Teignmouth Town Council offices). Though small the Orangery hosts a wide range of plants from different climate zones. Most imposing is the Brugmansia, native to sub-tropical South America; this is surrounded by oranges, lemons and a banana tree.

Collecting monies from Lodge registrations which go to our benevolent fund. At the moment we take nothing from registrations but this will change on the next return, it was decided to to take 0.05p from each registration paid to the Doncaster Province. We are also now receiving donations from our Minor Lodges in the Doncaster Province.

Fundraising for the school and children. Organising events for children, parents, teachers and the community.

To apply the capital and income in the relief of the poor and needy, or for, or to such other charitable purpose, institution, society or object, support of Rotary Foundation and Rotary Polio Plus Campaign to eradicate polio worldwide.

CRAFTS AND COOKERY INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS/DEMONSTRATIONSMEETINGS WITH TALKS BY LOCAL SPEAKERS TO GIVE INFORMATION

The Friends provide volunteers to carry out research and conservation, demonstrate rural crafts and help with schools' educational visits and museum outreach. They help financially with the acquisition of objects, improvement of visitor facilities and collection displays.

We provide funds for the continued enhancement of the surrounding national park study centre, Plas Tany Bwlch, and for research into local environmental projects.

We offer coaching and competitive opportunities in Multi Sport,Wheelchair Basketball,leisure and social activities for the inclusion of all within the local community and surrounding areas.To include both town and rural areas in doing so promoting sport, healthy lifestyle.Regardless of age,gender,disability. You dont have to be a wheelchair user to take part it is about participation and fun.

Fundraising for Kennel Lane School through Discos and Summer Fetes and requesting donations from corporates.

We meet every month with a meeting and a speaker or a demonstration. We also go on educational trips.

Masonic Lodge donations to Masonic and Local good causes

Helping widows and orphans of the organisation with benevolence to help with their needs and requirements.
