St Mary's Church - Maintenance

To provide support to those Masonic and External Charities that the Members of Regents Park Lodge may decide.

Raising funds for the up-keep of the fabric of the church

Following Girlguiding Activities and Scout Association Activities as prescribed within the relevant manuals of the organisations.

Masonic charity purposes

PCA run activties for the senior citizens in the Porstea Area. currently these are the Bowls club, line dancing sessions and Bingo nights. in addition through out the year PCA run outings that are advertsied for users of the community centre and residents of Portsea to go on.

Maintaining and repairing St Mary's Church, Rushden, Herts.

The object of the association shall be to promote the health, safety and well-being of people in the community, whether at home, in the Community Hospital or ion Stone House care Home.

Provides monies for the purchase of any items in connection with the religious activities

Owns land used by young people, and the local Scout Group in particular, which it provides free of charge

TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR ANY INDOOR VILLAGE ACTIVITIES ie PARTIES, YOUTH CLUB, WHIST DRIVES, POLLING STATION, PUBLIC MEETINGS, etc,

The charity benefits the poor and needy at Christmas by making a donation to the local Lions Club's Christmas fund-raising.

Monthly meetings educational and social

We have had a joiner install 'protectors' surrounding 2 valuable paintings to protect them from any wilful damage whilst on display in the Beacon Museum, Whitehaven, Cumbria. We are members of BAFM and local History Groups and invite and pay for Lectures at The Beacon Museum.

General charitable purposesProvide contributions to Charities in need from collections made mainly from Samson Masonic Lodge

MEN ONLY CHARITY

The charity supports the Staffordshire Moorlands Performing Arts Centre with donations towards instruments, music and transport, all of which supports the ongoing education of participants.

Accept voluntary contributions and hold Social events

THE RELIEF OF SUCH POOR AND DISTRESSED BROTHER MASONS OR THEIR POOR AND DISTRESSED WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OR TO OR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH MASONIC CHARITIES OR OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR SOCIETIES AND OBJECTS AS THE CHAPTER SHALL IN DULY CONSTITUTED MEETING FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

To maintain the Bells of St Marys

Providing Social Events, public engagement, leisure and educational activities

The Friends of St Helen's Church provides financial support for the maintenance and upkeep of St Helen's Church in Waddington

Religious activities

TO OFFER BENEVOLENCE TO BRETHREN IN HARDSHIP OR NEED

Charity raises money and makes Grants to support the operation of Little Baddow Chapel and related buildings including a Village History Centre
