To respond, wholly or partly, to requests for medical equipment forwards or departments. To maintain an information desk, conveying or directing out patients to their consultants location.

Active support for the daily life of Moorfields Eye Hospital from a network of volunteers. Financial support for the work of the Hospital, particularly the comfort and welfare of patients. Also funding for necessary equipment and miscellaneous items, responding to needs as and when highlighted.

To support the music dierectors & children who play in the schools orchestras.

Provide relief to Lodge members, families and widows and make donations to recognised Masonic charities

Fundraising. We organise events to be held at the school for the benefit and enjoyment of the children whilst raising money at the same time. This in turn is used to purchase items and equipment for the school to be used by the children to enhance their enjoyment and education as well as everyday skills. Under normal circumstances they are not covered by local government spending money.

The object of the Friends is to support Leeds Youth Opera (charity no. 1139608) in achieving its aims; and in furtherance of this object : To organise fund-raising and social events. To provide logistical support to Leeds Youth Opera productions. To administer and increase membership of the Friends of Leeds Youth Opera scheme . To make gifts towards the work of the charity Leeds Youth Opera.

We meet monthly when we enjoy speakers on interesting subjects.We have group walks, trips out to interesting places. We work towards the women's Institute goal: To create a world where women come together to learn, share skills and work together to become active citizens, influencing change to improve lives in their local, national and global communities.

Support Guiding & Scouting activities within the Rhyl area by means of small grants which are applied for by individual groups.

To raise funds for Sudbury Resource Centre. To ensure Suffolk County Council provides day care services for adults with learning disabilities.

Grants to local sports and social groups/associations

To provide medical equipment and other items for the benefit of the patients of Elmham and Swanton Morley Surgeries.

Provide services to members with post strokes. Social activities, meetings. outings,physiotherapy, speach therapy, advice and companionship.

The provision of radio communications in cases of civil emergency and to assist statutory and voluntary emergency bodies i.e., St. John Ambulance, Red Cross, etc. As part of our training, we provide communications to organisers of sporting and community activities, such as cross-country equestrian events, marathons, carnival parades, etc.

To maintain repair restore preserve for the benefit of the public the fabric of the parish church of Nurstead

Fund raising and donation of funds for the advancement of the education of the pupils in Claremont School.Enable access to therapeutic treatment, exercise and improved wellbeing for disabled children and young adults, by providing and maintaining a hydrotherapy pool. The pool will benefit the children of Claremont Secondary School and disabled children / young adults in the Bristol area.

The Chambers Endowment Fund assists children experiencing hardship in the village of Radway. The fund makes donations in connection with Sunday School activities, social activities for young people and individual areas of need where appropriate.

UNIFORMED ORGANISATION FOR GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN - GIRLGUIDING LITTLEPORT DISTRICT SUPPORTS THE WORK OF VOLUNTEER ADULT LEADERS IN PROVIDING A VARIED PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG MEMBERS AGED 5-18

The charity supports educational and humanitarian projects overseas and supports educational and community activities within the Sedgefield community. The charity generally supports groups but can also support individuals.
