Provision of Scouting for the children aged 6-14

2nd Molesey (St Paul's) Scout Group main activities are to give a challenging and enjoyable programm for 6yrs old to 18year old members. All activities are regulated by the Scout Association by its Policy Organisation & Rules. (PORs)

Providing activities and training for young people in accordance with the Policy Organisation and Rules of the Scout Association.

The charity provides funds to support the health & welfare of hospital patients. Funds are raised by voluntary contribution at work, special fundraising events & bequests. Requests are received from NHS staff for support.

Fundraise within the Southport locale for primarily local causes, but through the worldwide network of our organisation we also donate to national and international causes.

Provide for the benefit of distressed masons their widows or children or to or for the benefit of such Masonic charities or other charitable institutions societies and objects as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit.

The provision of a village hall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Rodmersham, Kent, for all community activities including education, religion, youth, aged, sport, and social activities and events.

The charity raises money by fundraising and receiving donations, specifically for the purchase of art and meet expenses to stage exhibitions in the gallery. These activities allow the public, both local and visiting, together with schools over a wide area to appreciate a diverse range and variety of art.

FOPHS raises funds to support a range of school projects, large and small to benefit girls throughout the school. It organises a wide range of social events and activities involving the whole school community - girls, teaching staff and parents.

Supporting Scouting in Torbay to aid the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual development of young people so that they may take a constructive part in their local , national and international communities.

To provide a stimulating programme for the young people in this part of West Somerset and the facilities to enable the programme to happen, with the objective of enhancing your people's development and thereby reach their full potential.

Providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training based on the Scout Promise & Law and guided by adult leadership, to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as memebers of their local, national & international communities.

Scouting activities as laid down by the Scouting Association

We promote and teach the skills-craft of knotting and associated crafts to members of the public (retired groups -WI, youth groups-scouts, guides, army/sea cadets). We hold a library of knot books for reference, for public use. We publish (quarterly) a knotting magazine. We maintain a website including a forum for information exhange including tutorials.

We provide a place to meet and socialise for local people also some of the groups that meet are:- pre-school playgroup; baby/toddlers; junior club; senior citizens club; line dancing; exercise; ballet & tap classes; banjo band; disabled club; bingo; tumbletots; church service social club.

Scout Group, current active sections are Squirrels 4-6 year old Beavers 6-8 years old Cubs 8-10 years old, Scouts 10-14.

The group provides Scouting activities to boys and girls living in the vicinity of the premises in Old London Road/Riverside Road. The aim of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
