Associations Charities

Part of the Scout association,giving children to take part in all Scouting activities.

The objects of the charity are to provide financial assistance to the charity registered as the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Limited to secure the preservation, restoration, improvement, enhancement and maintenance of features of historic and industrial importance.

Sea Cadet Training, children 10 to 18 years old.

We are a scout group for young people aged between the ages of 6 and 14. We are a mixed gender group. We run a full indoors and outdoors scout programme for Beaver, Cub and Scout sections. We operate in Rayleigh, Essex.

Provides a venue for the local community to engage in Indoor Bowls, Table tennis, Country Dancing, Exercise Classes,Ballet Dancing, educational programs , Upholstery, National Childbirth Trust and Heritage classes. and Gardening Groups, plus the WI .

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.

DISTRICT SCOUT COUNCIL PROVIDING SUPPORT, IN BEBINGTON, TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AIMS AND GUIDELINES OF THE SCOUT MOVEMENT.

SCOUTING ACTIVTIES

The Aim of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. We do this by providing young people with a wide variety of activities, both indoor and outdoor.

An endowment trust established by The Rotary Club of Birmingham under a trust deed dated 29 November 1979 to generate income in order to assist charities and other good causes.

The objects of the charity are, a) to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the London Borough of Lewisham, b) to maintain and manage a centre for activities promoted by the Association.

A Scout Group serving the needs of young people in Burton Latimer and surrounding towns and villages. The group has two Beaver colonies, two cub packs and two scout groups.
