Suicide Prevention UK is a charity that helps anyone with thoughts of suicide via telephone (National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK), social media & out in the community.We use our training in crisis intervention to offer supportive listening to start a dialogue and to encourage more hopeful solutions than suicide.

Public Worship: traditional, contemporary, ecumenical, youth and informal. Family care: baptism, confirmation and marriage preparation; groups for young people; marriage, separation/divorce and bereavement counselling. Outreach: care for the sick, housebound and those in residential homes. Discipleship: prayer ministry, Alpha courses and home study groups. Support to overseas and home missions.

Mummy's Star is the only UK charity with the aim of 'supporting pregnancy through cancer and beyond'. More specifically the charity focuses on supporting women/families where the mother:Is diagnosed with cancer during pregnancy; Is diagnosed with cancer within a year of giving birth;Loses her life to cancer, following a diagnosis in either of the time periods specified above.

Our vision is of a community where people can talk openly about suicide, mental health problems and emotional distress. A community where people have the resources and skills to help those experiencing suicidal thoughts and mental health problems, and to support those impacted by, or bereaved by, suicide.

MS Research and Relief Fund supports MS groups in Morpeth, Jarrow, Durham, Berwick and Newcastle. We provide complementary therapies which are free of charge to people with MS and their primary carers, in addition we have accessible exercise classes, Tai Chi and a "fitness lounge" where people can use toning tables, MotoMed exercise machines and a vibrogym.

We specialise in counselling (psychotherapy) and other support to adults and children who are experiencing multiple challenges in their lives and who have difficulty accessing other counselling services. We work with a) parents, parents-to-be and carers, families and parent-child relationships, couples and children. We work from the heart of deprived neighbourhoods in the Chester area.

We provide emotional, mental, social and physical health support for anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis. We do this through personal one to one support over time, enabling the client to develop their own coping strategies and experience our range of complementary therapies and counselling, all delivered by qualified staff.

HATZOLA AMBULANCE SERVICE IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION PROVIDING FREE ASSISTANCE AMBULANCE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. OTHER HUMANITARIAN AID MAY ALSO BE PROVIDED.

The range of services and activities offered include childrens nursery and workshops, bridge, trapeze classes, dance classes for children and adults, music session for under 4's, under 4's drop-in, yoga, life drawing, seniors yoga, Open House, evening talks, narcotics anonymous, children's ballet, members bar, community choir, councillors surgeries, lunch club. We also run a community library.

We change the lives of young people and adults who are disabled, autistic or have Down's Syndrome, PTSD or other emotional issues as well as Schools with Special Needs Students by training and providing Assistance Dogs and Medical Alert Dogs to give a better quality of life and help them become more independent. We cover, mainly, Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire as well as N and SW London.

St Francis Leprosy Guild is a UK charity working towards a leprosy free world. We support over 40 leprosy centres and projects in 14 countries in Africa, Asia and Brazil. We fund Training, Research into leprosy prevention and diagnosis, Active case finding to find and treat leprosy early, Care and rehabilitation through leprosy centres and hospitals, Emergency relief and capital equipment.

The Ickle Pickle Partnership aims to give every newborn a chance. We do this through the provision of new and much needed equipment for Neonatal Units and the training of Neonatal nursing staff. Small Babies : Big Difference

To relieve patients & former patients of Seaton hospital, and others in the community, who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm or in need of assistance. Generally to support the charitable work of the hospital by the provision of equipment and similar items to enhance the lot of the patients therein.

To improve the early detection, care & treatment of babies with congenital heart disease. Provides specialist training to health professionals to improve prenatal screening in hospitals to increase the detection of heart defects in babies before birth. Funds research to increase understanding of prenatal cardiovascular disease and its impact on the health of the individual.

Operating, organising , managing and promoting an association for the training and/or education and or general advice into all areas of hereditary breast cancerIn order to achieve this objective the charity has opened charity shops which also act as community support and information centres providing support to patients and families

Winchester Youth Counselling (WYC) provides counselling and other therapeutic activities to young people aged 11-25 experiencing mental health issues in the District of Winchester.

Pipeline provides a number of free services such as detached youth work provision within Thanet wards. Education program within schools on STI's, drugs and alcohol, self esteem. A single decker bus that provides mobile youth provision in local estates, Community Action Gardening Teams for the Elderly, Befriending projects and crime prevention working with the local government and the police.

SUPPORTING LOCAL PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR PARTIALLY SIGHTED, AND THEIR CARERS, TO RETAIN OR REGAIN INDEPENDENCE BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, SKILLS TRAINING AND BY PROMOTING SOCIAL INCLUSION, ORDINARILY RESIDENT IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF EAST SUSSEX AND THE UNITARY AUTHORITY OF BRIGHTON AND HOVE.

The relief of those in need by reason of ill health or other disadvantage, for the public benefit, by establishing, & operating and supporting home from home accommodation in Cornwall for,particularly but not exclusively, patients from the Isles of Scilly and those providing them support when attending a hospital or clinic in Cornwall.

We provide awareness, education and support all across the UK to those affected by germ cell cancer. The charity educates young people aged 16 - 35 years to give them the best chance of surviving It engages online and on social media to break the stigma and it empowers young people affected by germ cell cancer to thrive; offering information, resources and free support packs to anywhere in the UK

Charitable community and outreach activities including dementia clubs, respite club, social pop-in clubs, coffee mornings, special interest groups, carers support groups, befriending, transport, day trips/coach holidays, theatre/events.The services are often provided in collaboration with other third-sector organisations. Potential to take on other community centres/activities in other areas.
