Steps2Recovery aims to improve the lives of people in the criminal justice system affected by alcohol or drug dependency, providing high quality, abstinence-based treatment options and housing, health and family support. Based in Hackney, we support clients to improve the quality of their lives and to fulfil their potential without recourse to alcohol, drugs and re-offending.

Age Cymru Powys will work to improve quality of life primarily for older people. People in need will be those who are isolated geographically, socially or economically disadvantaged, unpaid carers or who have health needs or issues impacting upon their lives e.g. dementia, disabilities. Wessex MS Therapy provides therapies and help to people with MS and their carers in the area of Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset and a part of Hampshire.

Friendship at Home (FAH) CIO started in September 2006, The aim of our organisation is to help combat isolation and loneliness across NEL and to improve older people?s quality of life. We offer a range of support including: information and advice, one to one and telephone befriending; social and exercise clubs, dementia support and support after hospital discharge.

To further improve the quality of Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS FT's patient care, by issuing grants for the purchase of medical equipment, improvement of Trust facilities and for the direct enhancement of the patient experience in other imaginative ways. This is achieved through the spontaneous generosity of the general public and by fundraising activities, events and appeals.

We are a foodbank and support charity based in Penge, South East London. Our mission is to ensure that people have food, guidance and support of an uplifting community to live life to the fullest.Our services are free to use and include a foodbank, clothes bank, hot meals, free cafe, community choir, counselling and help with benefits,debt and housing issues.

The London LGBTQ Community Centre is a safer, sober, intersectional, intergenerational, community centre and cafe for the entire community regardless of class, race, gender, age, ability or culture. Along with the cafe we run a programme of events including wellbeing, sexual and mental health sessions; book and film clubs, talks, creative workshops, skills sharing and a myriad of activities.

Agenda works to ensure that women & girls at risk of abuse, poverty, poor mental health, addiction and homelessness get support and protection; campaigns for systems to be transformed; raises awareness across sectors; and promotes public understanding. We do this through research and making and supporting the implementation of proposals designed to improve provision.

We support families bereaved of a child (any age) by providing one-to-one and group bereavement counselling sessions, along with a variety of support groups. We also actively campaign to raise awareness of the Organ Donor Register in an attempt to help to increase the number of people who sign up for this.

ALSO A SUPPORT SERVICE TO CARERS WITH DEPENDENTS WHO HAVE CANCER. ALSO A 'TELECARE' SUPPORT SERVICE IN ASSOCIATION WITH PCT AND SOCIAL SERVICES.

Supports healthcare - maternity, HIV/AIDS and malaria prevention, funds treatment for sick children. Provides - safe water, sanitation, community houses and sustainable enterprises. Operates - Southern Province, Zambia. Promotes travel philanthropy and responsible tourism.

ACCOMMODATION SERVICESEDUCATION AND TRAINING ADVICE AND SUPPORT SERVICES

The charity has been set up by the Christians in Petersfield to serve the community of Petersfield and the surrounding villages. It particularly focuses on youth, by providing facilities in which they can meet together in a safe environment to relax but also with the opportunity to find counselling, education and information. Much of the work is focused on helping the more vulnerable young people

Down Syndrome UK works to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome, and their families. We primarily work in maternity care and early years, providing resources, training and support to parents and professionals to empower those with Down syndrome to thrive and flourish.
