We are a small Charitable Trust with 2 unique and specialist vehicles; part-coach, part-ambulance known as 'Jumbulances', designed for transporting over long distances in safety and comfort with the help of volunteer nurses, doctors, carers and helpers, those who disabled or suffering from life-limiting illnesses who find it too difficult or even impossible to use other means of transport.

We undertake religious activities in accordance with the Christian Faith, holding services and mid-week activities for children, young people & adults also providing nurturing & support.We also run a Christian Debt Centre, coffee mornings and a Lunch Club. Various Community Groups use our premises including people with learning disabilities, cookery classes, Pre School and mental health needs.

Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation provides services predominantly for Black African, Caribbean, Black dual heritage adults recovering from mental illness and the wider community. Beneficiaries reside in and around Sandwell. We offer support focused on, recovery, employment, peer support, ex-offenders, volunteering, activities, carers, user forum, outreach, and family support.

The provision of specialist palliative care to patients with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses in order to help the patient have the best quality of life in the time left , by responding appropriately to their physical , emotional and spiritual needs. To support family members both before death and during the period of bereavement.

The charity provides funds to support the health & welfare of hospital patients. Funds are raised by voluntary contribution at work, special fundraising events & bequests. Requests are received from NHS staff for support.

We provide day centre care for the those living with all forms of dementia; from early onset through to advanced stages. Activities and the environment are designed to provide stimulation to our clients to help them maintain their independence and delay progression of symptoms.In addition we provide support for families & carers, and help signpost for further support & available services.

The charity provides emotional & practical support to families living in the borough where lives have been affected by career, by the provision of free transport, complimentary therapies & counselling & respite for families affected by cancer.

Blackpool Inspirations provides mental health services based on peer support. We have social groups, trips around the country, activities such as pottery courses, a counsellor who works with our members and are always developing. We consult with members on all major development or activity decisions so we are led by our beneficiaries in all things.

At Kinergy we understand how sexual abuse and rape can affect all areas of a person's life. Kinergy offers a specialist counselling service for survivors of sexual abuse and rape aged 18 years and over.

Weekly webcasts & lectures on Sufism, Koran classes & book reading, Tamarkoz (Meditation) classes, translation classes, Farsi classes, ceremonies & other events, interfaith activities, musical performances, arts and crafts and tuition on traditional Iranian instruments

Alstrom Syndrome UK provides information, family support and advice for individuals affected, their families, carers and professionals. We work closely with Birmingham Children's Hospital & Torbay Hospital to support the multi-disciplinary clinics for Alstrom patients. We raise money for research. We endeavour to raise awareness of Alstrom Syndrome. We provide a 24 hour answer-machine help-line.

To act as a not-for-profit social enterprise which provides support for families affected or bereaved by the consequences and outcomes resulting from a loved one's harmful use of alcohol, drugs, gambling and/or other substances. To also promote awareness about how to deal with the nightmare of substance misuse through education and awareness presentations to schools and community groups.

To relieve sickness and preserve and protect the good mental and emotional health of families of persons who are suffering from addiction to drugs and other substances. In particular by the provision of a telephone help line and centre providing information, advice and support. To advance the education of the public in the issues faced by the families of persons who are suffering from addiction.

Our core service is a free and confidential emotional support service service available nationally via the telephone, email, web chat and letter. The service uses male and female volunteers trained in basic counselling skills to respond to client enquiries.

Established in February I994, CARALINE provides a confidential counselling and support service for people with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, OSFED and other eating disorders.

The Charity is based at Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow, Middx and our object is to promote and protect good health for the public benefit by carrying out medical research with the aim of finding new treatments for heart disease. We also research different methods of assessing the function of the heart. The results of our work are made public through peer reviewed publication and presentations.

CBO is an affiliated organisation and operates at grassroots level.
