Head to Toe is the NHS charity for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT), supporting people of all ages receiving mental health, community and social care across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We work to enhance CPFT's ability to improve the health and well-being of the people it serves and the staff who care for them by supporting projects over and above NHS funding.

To relieve the needs of persons suffering from dementia by the provision of reminiscence therapy and to educate the families of persons suffering from dementia and health care workers in reminscence therapy.

Arts 4 Wellbeing is a day opportunity service in South Tyneside for people with learning disabilities, mild to moderate mental health. We provide a warm relaxed and safe environment for our users, it enables members to participate in creative activities, to promote personal growth reduce social exclusion and provide them with effective therapeutic services whilst working towards increased recovery

We alleviate conditions in the lives of carers, those who care for the elderly, sick, disabled, mentally ill or otherwise infirm, by any means that is charitable. We offer counselling, massage and other therapies,respite cover, short breaks, transport grants, advice and advocacy, various activity groups, and we can help carers access grants from other orgainsations.

KVIN also known as Outlookers is a sight loss organisation which supports people living with sight loss to learn to use technology to help remain independent. We have several drop-in facilities across Kirklees. We recognise the devastation that losing sight can cause. The majority of our volunteers and staff are registered blind and have lived experience to offer .

We advocate for the mental health of men at work, at home, and in other settings. Despite holding public events a few times a year, our primary focus is on video. Our goal is not to give advice, but rather to highlight what others have done to overcome mental health issues. We work with various charities and mental health services to break stigma.

Ellesmere Children centre are based in the north of Sheffield. We provide a responsive need led children's service which is reflective of the local community we serve. We hope that children attending the centre will come from many different cultural and social backgrounds bringing a variety of richness to it's daily life. We provide transcultural counselling for children aged 2-12 years.

We offer spaces for conferences, functions and charity events as well as providing adult art classes.The Huddersfield School of Theatre Dance and Northlight physiotherapy gym are also based in our premises. Provide practical and emotional support to South Asian women & men who experience isolation,stress and other mental health issues. This is provided by experienced and trained staff and volunteers. We run number of activities,training's and work shops to build their confidence, self esteem and resilience. We offer structured emotional and practical support to meet the individual needs.

The Charity works towards the relief of poverty and distress, in particular but not restricted to financial and material support for Kagando Hospital and the surrounding rural community in Kasese District in Uganda.

The Charlie & Carter Foundation, based in South Shields, provides financial support to the parents of seriously ill children with life limiting conditions which require 24 hour nursing care or specialist nursing facilities. Raising awareness of the difficulties faced by parents and carers who care for seriously ill children and strives to improve the quality of life of sick children.

The organisation exists to promote social inclusion amongst blind and partially sighted people who are socially excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of being blind or partially sighted.

Shine delivers a range of community services to bring renewal to one of the UK's most deprived neighbourhoods. This includes job-club and digital inclusion, credit union and social supermarkets, financial budgeting, a children's clothes bank, parenting support, exercise classes, gardening, care for the homeless, refugee support, counselling, arts projects and community events.

We offer a range of support services to women in St Helens and surrounding areas who are struggling with the impact of mental health issues and domestic abuse. Services include one-to-one counselling and CBT, in person and remotely, and weekly groups for social inclusion, health and wellbeing and domestic abuse support. We also offer a monthly menopause support group and online courses.

To offer guidance and support to people with multiple sclerosis.

Working with children in schools to deliver emotional resilience programmes & workshops as well as one-to-one counselling. The charity provides equivalent services for adults. Also work in partnership with organisations to raise awareness on mental health in the workplace and suicide prevention, with a particular focus in supporting individuals and families who have been affected by suicide.
