To make small grants to cancer patients to provide equipment for the cancer wing at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich.

The production and distribution of weekly computer memory sticks of local news to the blind and partially sightedof the Borough of Tameside

Fundraising enables us to supply essential medical equipment. We also offer services & organise activities for patients & provide a link with the local community.On the closure of the Bolingbroke patient services & the Day Hospital moved into St. John's Therapy Centre from where we now operate. To avoid confusioin for our patients we are known as The Bolingbroke & St. John's Friends.

Contribute to the cost of a hospital chaplain, West Sussex

Provides a weekly recording on USB disk of news and general features to blind and partially sighted people.

Social evening one night a month, outings and Christmas dinner etc. Charitable donations are provided and taxis are paid for some members who are unable to use public transport to get to the Deaf club.
