Caring Connections is a registered charity which specialises in providing a range of projects and services aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable groups across the Liverpool city region. The organisation is registered with CQC to deliver targeted home care services to adults with care needs within the local community.

The Charity's object and its principal activity is to provide a range of social and educational programmes and services that provides projects for children, young people and adults with physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, autism and/or learning disabilities.

We currently deliver a diverse mix of services and projects which allow us to deliver a holistic and needs focused approach. Our services include the Wellbeing Network, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Mindfulness courses, Welfare Rights Advice, the Recovery Hub day service, Peer Support Services, Education & skills building and Employment support.

1. Day / 4 night residential education[full National Curriculum]for children with visual impairment age 4 - 19 at St Vincent's School. Mobility/independence/speech/language/music therapy included.2. Residential and nursing care, including palliative care, at Christopher Grange.3.A wide portfolio of community based and rehabilitation services at Bradbury Fields and Sight Loss Learning Hub.

Open Road exists in order to reduce the harmful impact of drugs and alcohol on users, their families, partners and society. We also support young people and vulnerable adults in police custody, to ensure that their welfare is respected. Open Road values and respects the diversity of all and is committed to ensuring we fully represent the people we serve.

To express the teachings of Christ by caring for the aged by means of the provision of residential accommodation (including nursing, medical and other care) for retired people of professional and similar backgrounds. The charity operates two homes offering care with nursing to people aged 65 and over at Brockenhurst (Forest Oaks, 46 beds) and Dibden Purlieu, Southampton (Little Haven, 41 beds).

The Charity runs a convalescent home in Rustington near Littlehampton to provide long or short term convalescent care for men or women who are recovering from sickness or surgery and to provide respite care for those in need.

The relief of people suffering from cancer or a life limiting illness or condition.

Horsfall House is a home in Minchinhampton supporting the local elderly population. We provide residential care, including for those with dementia, care within the home and access to a day centre. While many residents pay the full cost of care, the charity subsidises care for the less well off ensuring they can stay within the community and makes capital investments to benefit all users.

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change provide a range of services in support of safe, healthy and happy relationships. These include: - counselling for children, young people, individual adults, couples and families- domestic abuse prevention programmes for perpetrators - mediation and separation services- community volunteering projects- partnership relationship-focussed projects

Whilst the Barratt Redrow Foundation adopts general charitable objects, the key areas of focus are helping UK communities to thrive, focusing on children, young people and those most disadvantaged. Stoll house over 280 Veterans across five sites and hundreds more across the country through the Veterans Nomination Scheme. We offer training, work experience, recreational and employment opportunities to people in Cornwall who are recovering from mental ill health.
