Today we support work with 11 -25 year olds through specialist projects and programmes addressing issues that marginalise or place young people at risk, including mental health, homelessness, crime, racism, sexuality, drug & alcohol use, abuse, rural isolation and poverty.

(i) the support of vulnerable and disadvantaged people including those with mental health problems & learning disabilities their carers, in Essex, particularly by providing a therapeutic environment, community garden projects, support, counselling & training in order to support wellbeing and promote public health;(ii) to provide and support environmental education and awareness.

MHM Wales currently delivers the following services;Talking Connections (Counselling service), Independent Mental Capacity Advocate (IMCA), Paid Relevant Person's Representative Service (PRPR), Independent Professional Advocacy Service (IPA), Friends of Coity, Wellbeing Drop-in Hubs, Self Harm and Eating Disorder peer support groups, Information, Training, DBS Services and Volunteering

The management of a nursing home for the sick, providing accommodation, personal and nursing care for elderly people in Portsmouth.The provision of grants to those without funds to support their own care.The Home of Comfort is a CIO which took on the activities of Home of Comfort for Invalids (registration number 202191) as at January 2020.

We help people who experience enduring mental health difficulties. Accommodation is available for up to 40 people mainly through our registered care home, hostel & independent living flats in Tunbridge Wells.We offer person-centred care and our residents are encouraged through their support workers to take responsibility for their own lives with a view to moving back into the local community.

The Carpenter's Arms is a Christian organisation that helps men who are challenged by homelessness who have drug and alcohol problems. The Charity also assists people on benefits with food parcels. The area of operation is Leicestershire.

We operate a range of services supporting older within the Borough including Day care facilities, Independent Living Service, Foot care, Bathing, Befriending, Exercise and Socialise sessions, Wheel chair hire, Information and Advice Service, Handyman and Gardening service. Zest is a development trust in Sheffield with a focus on Netherthorpe, Upperthorpe and Langsett. Zest manages the Zest Healthy Living Centre, comprising a pool, gym, cafe, library and offices and runs a children's weight management service, GP exercise referral and cardiac rehabilitation. Zest has services to assist people into work & training and a children's sports programme.

The advancement of the health and wellbeing of residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon and the surrounding areas

Providing professional training in psychotherapy and counselling. Offers psychotherapy and counselling to the community based on a sliding scale based on financial circumstances. Provides space for counselling for Refugees and Asylum seekers, where possible in the client's first language.

The MS International Federation is a global network of organisations. We collaborate to improve the quality of life of people affected by MS and work for: better scientific understanding and development of treatments; improved access to treatment and to trustworthy information; better policies and practices; a strong MS movement, including in countries with challenging socio-economic conditions.

The Charity's activity is to raise funds to support the costs of running the Midhurst Macmillan Service, a specialist community based palliative care service. Grants are made to Sussex Community Foundation NHS Trust, the lead trust acting as employer for the service, on a quarterly basis. The charity also promotes an awareness of the service in the communities it serves.

For charitable purposes relating to the general or any specific purposes of the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS FT or to purposes relating to the Health Services, In particular , but without limitation , to support the provision of cancer for the benefit of patients in Lancashire and South Cumbria

Nansa aims to be a catalyst for real change, across Norfolk, for those living with, or caring for others with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). Nansa was founded in 1954 for the purposes of providing meaningful and enriching activities for adults with cerebral palsy. Nansa has since grown to provide a wide range of specialist provision, for people of all ages living with SEND.
