Our charity makes grants as the trustees see fit, in particular but not limited to the relief of financial hardship among people in Central and South America and among refugees, asylum seekers and migrant workers, to the promotion of the care of children suffering from cancer in England and Scotland, and to the promotion of the health of people suffering from sarcoma in England and Scotland.

Tom Harrison House is a specialist facility providing addiction treatment exclusively to military veterans, reservists, emergency personnel, and their families.

The charity operates a hospice called Peace Hospice Care. It provides comprehensive multidisciplinary specialist palliative care without charge and discrimination for the people of Hertfordshire. Services include daycare,inpatient care,home care,family support and spiritual care. Continuing support is provided for family and friends through into bereavement.

the provision of education, training and employment opportunities to those with and recovering from mental ill health and/or a learning disability and the socially excluded. Opportunities are provided through a community re-use project involving the collection, refurbishment and redistribution of unwanted furniture and household goods and a horticultural project based on organic principles.

To improve the social conditions and emotional wellbeing of persons in Calderdale through the provision of counselling, peer support, training, work / volunteering opportunities and debt & budgeting advice.

CCCL UK?s activities are to fund projects to further its charitable objectives of (i) the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of health among children with cancer in Lebanon or the region; (ii) the preservation and protection of the physical and mental health of individuals and families suffering bereavement and loss; and (iii) the advancement of education in pediatric cancer.

We support anyone with a mental health problem to get well and stay well for longer. Our purpose is the relief of sickness of people suffering from childhood cancers in particular but not limited to sarcomas by funding the purchase of medicine (as recommended by doctors), funding research, introducing best practices between jurisdictions, raising awareness, and assisting in the knowledge and understanding of such cancers.

The Farm provides volunteering opportunities, particularly for disadvantaged people and an informal educational environment for children, young people and their families, with an emphasis on healthy living and caring for the environment, we also hold community activities such as evening bat walks. The Farm offers year round open access to the meadows, woodland, wildlife pond and farmyard.

ecancer's mission is to raise the standards of care for cancer patients across the world through education. We educate the cancer community through our platforms ecancer.org, ecancerpatient and live meetings. All our educational content is freely accessible and designed to improve the community's knowledge and understanding of the disease.

WCTS supports mental health and emotional wellbeing of women in Leeds prioritising those on low income and those who struggle to access or engage with statutory services. Core activities: provision of individual and group counselling and psychotherapy in a women's service; peer support; partnerships with other services; contributing to a co-ordinated approach to service delivery to women.

To promote education in the arts of people studying at university or higher education in the U.K awarding to such persons scholarships and or maintenance allowances and to assist in the treatment and care of young persons suffering from cancer by providing such grants as needed to assist with such treatment.

Compassion in Dying is a national charity that supports people at the end of life to have what they consider to be a good death by providing advice and information around their rights and choices. We are the leading provider of free Advance Decisions in the UK and also conduct and review research around rights and choices in end-of-life care.
