The Annette Fox Leukaemia Research Fund has as its objectives, the relief of sickness and in particular leukaemia, lymphoma, and other related haematological diseases by implementing the improvement of patient facilities and promoting research into the cause, treatment and cure of such conditions in Bradford and surrounding districts.

Crossroads Counselling offers a professional counselling service for people on low incomes who live, work, study or worship in Tower Hamlets. Our service is open to people of all faiths and none. We offer short and long-term individual counselling.

Advancement of the Buddhist religion by teaching meditation and Buddhism at public classes, training members of the charity and others towards ordination as a Buddhist, providing facilities for worship.

The Daycentre provides a warm space, social interaction & freshly cooked lunches at moderate prices between 10am & 2pm every Tuesday and Thursday, for the local residents over 55. This is funded by rental of the premises to a variety of organisations for their activities with particular emphasis on groups supporting the over 55's eg Blind & Housebound & Alzheimer's groups.

To raise money for the benefit of patients and their families on Somersham Ward (Cancer Ward) and oncology clinics at Ipswich Hospital.

Support cardiac patients and their carers.Supply equipment & bursaries for hospital staff within the cardiac unit

Gives Grants, Aids LCHS with building costs

Funding of arts therapy for cancer patients.

Provides therapies, help and advice for members, to relieve symptoms and improve their standard of life. To do this we have to raise funds through donations and our own fund raising activities and the fund raising activities of our supporters.Our therapies include Hyper-baric Oxygenation, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu and EFT. We are a self-help group and drop-in centre.

Raise funds to help finance the provision of specialist equipment and promoting the welfare of staff and patients at the Special Care Baby Units in Gloucestershire

To provide facilities for regular Buddhist prayers, meditation and services for both resident community and others to which all are welcome. To sponsor eminent Buddhist teachers to visit the centre to give religious instruction. To publish Buddhist texts. To provide educational resources for local establishments. To support the study of Tibetan language.

Support for families of special care and premature babies.

Charitable donations to other Norfolk and Suffolk charities with particular preference given to the Samaritans and those associated with the support and relief of asthma sufferers as well as asthma research.

The provision of items, services and facilities for the School. The provision of education of individuals attending the School who are in need. The promotion of education of former pupils from the School who are in need.

Educational grants to members of the League of St. Bartholomew's Nurses and Benevolent Grants to League members and nurses who have trained at St. Bartholomew's Hospital (EC1A 7BE) and are in financial difficulty or in need of friendship and advice.

To support the charitable work of the Fenwick Health and Wellbeing Centre

General money rising activities ,sponsored walks,day trips,outings, annual ruffle,lunches.We have Sunday teas open to members with educational talks.Every Friday is drop in day for elderly and others.We provide yoga classes for elderly and others every week and hand craft and embroidery classes for members and others.We visit elderly and sick persons at Hospitals and homes mainly in North London.

Manage the West Cross Community Centre for the benefit of local residents, providing facilities for indoor sports (Bowls, Badminton, Aikido, Tai Chi), social functions(Dancing, club for disabled, pensioners' club, inexpensive lunches, discussion group, Bridge clubs).Also tap dance and ballet classes, health and fitness, facilities for local Councillor surgeries and private hire for parties, etc.

Day Centre for people in the local area suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer's so giving their families/carer much needed respite.

Providing accommodation for all local groups, clubs, families and societies to enjoy all the normal facilities of a community centre for as low a price as possible (lowest in the area). Facilities include;- dancing, dance tuition (incl ballet), meeting rooms, sports and recreation, parties and celebrations, garden clubs & societies, stroke club, slimming classes, toddlers groups.

The trust provides counselling for those who are pregnant and worried, who have post abortion problems or distress about a miscarriage. Free pregnancy testing is available. The counselling is for men as well as women

ICKLESHAM MEMORIAL HALL IS WHERE THE COMMUNITY MEET FOR DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES: ART, HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY MEETING, MOTHER AND TODDLERS, CHURCH, FOOTBALL CLUB, CRICKET CLUB, STOOL BALL, BOWLS CLUB, AEROBICS, DOCTORS' SURGERY. THE HALL IS THE MAIN LOCAL MEETING PLACE.

The main charity activities of the Grenada Voluntary Hospital committee are donation the three hospitals in Grenada with special attention to the children ward and most recent the female wards.
