We have put together Black Minds Matter U.K, to enable as many Black people to get specialised mental health support. Our mission is to support in making mental health topics relevant and accessible for all Black people in the U.K. BMMUK is a charity that mainly connects Black individuals with certified therapists for fully funded 12 week sessions of therapy.

A Charity to serve the purpose who are deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing and those with hearing loss, especially those resident in the geographical area comprising Co. Durham, Tees Valley and North Yorks, by promoting the social and health welfare interests of such persons through the provision of services, facilities, resources, support and items that protect and improve their conditions of life

The charity is active in North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, enabling men and women to regain independence following a period of dependency on drugs , alcohol or the use of both. It has a social enterprise which helps men and women get ready for work by providing opportunities for purposeful voluntary work in retail services. This includes free tuition for appropriate volunteers.

Hatzola Trust is a non-profit organisation primarily set up to provide a Free 24 Hour First Responder and Ambulance Service for Medical Emergencies. Other humanitarian aid may also be provided.

To provide therapeutic housing for individuals affected by substance misuse, offending & homelessness issues

Face to face, email and group counselling services and telephone and text helplines for men, women and child survivors of sexual abuse and rape and their close family members and supporters. We also provide training to organisations.

London Friend provides a wide range of services and activities aimed at improving the health and well-being of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender community. Some of our services include one-to-one and group counselling, drug and alcohol support and coming-out and other peer support groups. We also run an LGBT community centre in Kings Cross.

The Patients Association exists to promote the health and wellbeing of people in the United Kingdom by influencing the enhancement of health and care services and assisting people to secure the most suitable care and support.

The Trust operates within Nottinghamshire and has a particularly strong geographical focus in the Rushcliffe Borough. There are five projects currently operated by the Trust; Forget Me Notts (helping dementia sufferers and carers), Positive Futures (supporting young people), YouNG (focussing on employability skills), Healthy Hearts (primary school programme) and Ready4Work (employability).

To relieve the suffering and improve the condition of life of persons suffering from cancer in particular but not exclusively by the provision of transport for any person or persons suffering from cancer to attend hospital appointments and/or other appointments for treatment of, therapy for and/or other rehabilitation from their illness.

Founded in 1986 Avert uses digital communications to build health literacy on HIV and sexual health. With over 30 years' experience, we are a trusted provider of accessible, accurate and actionable content and resources that support informed choices. Our work supports global efforts to end AIDS and achieve the Sustainable Development Goal for Health.

In essence we provide welfare and education services to the Chinese and other ethnic minority communities. We run projects such as elderly luncheon club and elderly carers for people over 60, women and family, youth, mental health to get people people back to the society, and adult education. House of Light is a perinatal mental health Charity offering support and counselling to parents' pre-conception to post birth who are struggling with mental health difficulties following pregnancy, birth and in cases of loss, miscarriage, termination and stillbirth. We do this via one to one counselling, group and one to one peer support, telephone and email support.

The Blue Light community goes above and beyond for us every day, sometimes putting their own health and wellbeing in jeopardy. The Blue Light Card Foundation exists to empower all those who work, have worked, or volunteer in the Blue Light community. We give life-enhancing local and national projects the backing they need, through grants, to support the wellbeing of this incredible community.
