Small Steps is a support group for babies & young children who have a physical disability, sensory impairments or genetic disorders. TASC The Ambulance Staff Charity is here to support present and past ambulance staff and their families in time of need. Our services are independent and confidential, and include psychological rehabilitation and counselling including stress and PTSD support; physical rehabilitation; financial grants; debt advice; welfare and other support; and bereavement support.

We support the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia, together with its outreach centres and the Hamlin Midwifery College.In particular we fund the running costs of the Yirgalem outreach centre. We contribute to the cost of medical and other requirements ordered directly by the hospital staff.

The Friends provide funds to supplement or enhance the resources of both hospitals for the benefit of patients and staff. This is achieved by operating a profitable, efficient Hospital Shop and Ward Trolley Service Additional funds are raised from legacies, by fund raisung activities and by a group of members who pay for life membership of ?50 or an Annual Subscription of ?10.

Established in 1986, The Soup Kitchen is a resource for the homeless, elderly, lonely and vulnerable in London. We provide free nutritious meals, clothing and unprecedented mental health support to nearly 150 people each day in London. Samara's Aid Appeal provides humanitarian and medical aid and development projects in the Middle East, in particular Syria. This is enabled through raising awareness and funds in the UK to support projects in Syria, sourcing aid locally, provision of hospitals and medical facilities, services for orphans, widows, the poor and displaced.

Our aim is to help vulnerable people overcome drug and alcohol dependence, find decent homes and lead lives that have meaning and purpose. We offer an inclusive, confidential, non-judgemental service founded on equality, diversity and the sanctity of life. We work with people to find and sustain accommodation and support them to access treatment for drug, alcohol and mental health problems.

The charity's principal activity during the period was to provide support and assistance to people who have suffered or are suffering from all forms of cancer by such means as the trustees consider fit.
