The Congregation of the Sisters of Mercy was founded for the purpose of the education of the poor and for the help of those in any kind of need. The convent became St Margaret's Convent. The Sisters engage in a variety of ministries, working in schools, aprishes, hospitals, day centres and outreach.

SAIL provides face to face counselling and support to survivors (18+) of child sexual abuse who live in Derbyshire.We also provide information to supporters of survivors (relatives/friends/workers) and training on the issues of CSA to workers when resources allow.

We provide services and equipment for Moorfields Eye Hospital that would not be available through normal NHS funding. We manage a team of over 200 volunteers and pay for non-medical staff posts and purchase one off pieces of equipment that will enhance the patient experience.

WORK-LINK is a Hinckley Charity, based on the Recycling of furniture/electricals. It provides sheltered, meaningful opportunities to help unemployed individuals, who are not ready/able to embark on a more formal training/educational programme or to directly enter employment. It is an integrated scheme catering for a variety of people, many of whom have special needs, including mental ill health.

Personal development and life skills programmes to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of beneficiaries. Universal and targeted interventions to benefit all children and young people to raise their self-esteem, tackle barriers, and engage them positively in local communities. Open access youth work and training of youth workers, alongside giving volunteering opportunities.

Off The Record aims to relieve and prevent suffering of young people aged 11-25, in South East Hampshire, by offering them access to a range of free and confidential services which encompass: information, counselling, crisis support, educational and preventative services, befriending and opportunities for self-development

To provide a hospice at home nursing care service to Chipping Campden, Broadway, Evesham, Moreton-in-Marsh and villages in and around the area of Chipping Campden.

We have been helping people who live with a neurological condition since 1985 providing the therapies and support our members need to maintain their independence and to minimise the effects that neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis have on their daily lives. We are also here for their families and carers, building a strong sense of community and understanding.

The charity supports a number of charities helping Jewish organisations and blind or disabled organisations.

CURE UK works to improve the accessibility and quality of paediatric surgical services in sub-Saharan Africa. We support CURE Children's Hospitals to provide free surgical services for children with treatable disabilities. We deliver surgical training for local medical practitioners and collaborate with pastors and leaders to prevent the abuse and neglect of children living with disabilities.

Mayfield is a working horticultural nursery which provides training and therapy for people with mental health issues. We are working with at least 40 people at any time. The nursery is open to the public for plant and other sales, we run a market stall selling plants and produce, and we present at a number of local horticultural shows.

Produce a quarterly preaching plan to ensure regular acts of worshiptake place at each of the 12 Methodist Churches in the Circuit. Supervise and train local preachers and other office holders. The Circuit is directly involved with the chaplaincy services at the local hospital. We confirm that the trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit.

We support families & individuals in a wide range of ways: drop-in information, training, 121 support, tailored parenting courses, counselling, outreach family support & much more. We have centres in Southport & Crosby . We have a diverse programme for young people: accredited courses, clubs, sexual health & well-being. We work in partnership across Sefton & Merseyside.

Activities provided for service users in recovery from drug and alcohol misuse or mental health issues include A Drop in Centre, A Listening Service, an Outreach Service, a Night Service, Supported Housing, Training and Education and various activities including Arts and Crafts, Singing, Smart Recovery, Tai Chi, Serenity, Family and Friends Support, Gardening, Creative Writing, Freedom Programme.

To improve the care for Cancer patients being treated at the Oncology, Breast Cancer,Urology and Radiotherapy Units at The Royal United Hospital Bath and other health units in Bath and surrounding areas in North East Somerset, West and North Wiltshire. Supporting a population of over 500,000 people.
