St George's Church is active in its local community providing for & supporting all who contact us regardless of faith through practical support, counselling, faith based activities and services of worship. Our activities include, but are not limited to, bereavement support, one to one counselling, lunch club, drop ins and community groups, youth & children's work, food bank, community cafe & more

MindOut LGB&T Mental Health Project provides advocacy, casework, counselling and peer support groupwork for lesbian,gay,bi-sexual or transgender people with mental health issues and training for organisations and communities in LGB&T mental health awareness. Most services are run in Brighton & Hove, apart from our online support service and our national consultancy.

Provides invaluable support for injured event riders and to improve the safety and well being of the people at the heart of the sport. The trust aims to help riders through difficult times, whether that be recovering from an eventing accident or coping with mental health challenges.

Education and support to surgeons and members of allied professions dealing with diseases of Upper GI organs.

BOMSS is a society of surgeons and other health professionals whose educational and research activities provide a valuable trusted resource for patients and promote the highest standards of expert care for those living with severe and complex obesity. As the UK's internationally recognised bariatric society we inform national policy through provision of expert advice to a variety of bodies.

Maelor Voluntary Service provides a service and support for patients, visitors and staff of the Wrexham Maelor Hospital through the sale of refreshments in five cafes situated throughout the hospital.The MVS donates all possible monies to the hospital trust via a Gifting List. This 'Wish List' includes medical equipment the Trust budget cannot otherwise acquire.

The charity operates a day centre for adults with complex physical and learning disabilities within Carlisle. The charity also runs four shops which generate an income from donations that are sold on. The charity receives grant income on behalf of individuals in the community.

The charity exists to maintain the hospital which consists of 24 almshouses, a chapel and ancillary buildings. Qualifying persons over 60 entitled to reside here are elected from local parishes. The education foundation provides financial assistance towards the education of persons under 25 years also resident in local parishes.
