Mind in Harrow provides services to people experiencing mental health problems who live in the London Borough of Harrow.

The Friends of Conquest Hospital raise funds to give grants for the relief of patients of Conquest Hospital who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped, infirm or in need for financial assistance and give support to the staff of the said Hospital so that they can better perform their duties.

Just Teen Support (Jteen) is a non-profit, volunteer led organisation committed to helping Jewish teens get the emotional wellbeing support they need. Our counsellors and professional therapists are ready to provide non-judgemental support and empowerment for Jewish adolescents going through any emotional challenges and if necessary, refer them on to the appropriate organisations.

ASSIST offers therapeutic and emotional support to individuals and their families/carers affected by Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTS is defined as an illness or disorder that is triggered by an emotionally distressing event which is outside the range of normal human experience, e.g. traffic incidents; fires; attacks: rape; and traumatic bereavement.

We publish unique Touch to See books which enable blind and partially sighted people, young and old, to explore and enjoy the world of pictures. Our purpose is to relieve the social and educational isolation that they suffer throughout their lives. These unique books are available throughout Britain and Ireland to all visually impaired people completely free from our postal library service.

We make grants primarily to culture and heritage; nature conservation; and activity, health and wellbeing (including research). We mainly support national charities, but also local charities if their beneficiaries or activities are located in North Wales, London or South East England (specifically Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire).

A weekend and bank holiday day centre providing social day care for people living with dementia, and their carers, who reside within the boundaries of Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.We offer a wide range of activities to suit all tastes for people who live with dementia including crafts, quizzes, bingo, games and gardening, as well as providing external entertainers such as singers.

The objective of the charity is the support of those who have recovered from a stroke, their families and carers. The main activities to achieve this objective are information, advice and emotional support to individuals, the running of weekly social groups, provision of counselling and liaising with health professionals in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas.

Family Compass provides therapeutic mental health support to children, young people and families.

We work with all ages: provide facilities for sports & wellbeing, opportunities for arts & crafts sessions,activities for children, young people & community support. Core projects: community lunch club, free exercise & pottery for over 60s, dementia cafe, crisis food parcels, free activities for under 5s, community events, art programmes for all ages, after school activities including woodwork

MedEquip4Kids improves the health of babies and children in the UK by providing hospitals with equipment not available from limited NHS resources and delivering mental health workshops in schools.

The Church holds regular public worship services, prayer meetings, bible study, children's Sunday school, seminars on faith, family life, parenting ,setting goals etc.The Church also distributes literature to the general public through social media. The church provides counselling and welfare services to those that need it in the community.

The Trust each year receives a number of donations from patients and well wishers in appreciation of the health care services it delivers. Expenditure against these donations mainly relates to the provision of patient comforts, staff training, medical equipment purchases and provision of general facilities.

We deliver activities and events around health and social care, leisure and learning, employability, enterprise and vocation, advice and guidance, sports, arts, music and drama, health and wellbeing informed by ongoing user led consultations and evaluations across all age ranges and areas of work. We operate from a Centre base and use outreach locations.

(1) to relieve poverty, sickness and distress in particular; (2) Providing medical equipment; (3) Providing facilities in hospitals; and (4) Providing patient transport to and from hospitals.

Welfare benefits & money advice and support for people suffering crisis, hardship and distress including people experiencing poor mental health, disability, unemployment, young parents, homelessness, domestic violence, addictions and poverty. Volunteering & training, enterprise support & managed workspace. Training for frontline staff and volunteers working with people facing hardship and crisis.

The charity provides rescue, veterinary care and rehabilitation to sick, injured and orphaned wild animals. it often provides refuge and treatment to abandoned and ill treated domestic, farm and exotic animals. The charity also provides advise and training to the community and veterinary staff and work placements to students.

Voices of Hope is a locally founded charity dedicated to bringing people from "At Risk" to "Thriving" through three main project streams; specialist women's services, food insecurity projects and creative arts projects supporting physical and mental health. We raise awareness of all the pants area cancers and support people with these cancers. Based in Cornwall most of our work takes place here, but our website is internationally accessed

KidsAid is a child-centred charity. We support traumatised children through the delivery of long-term, evidence-based therapies. Our aim is to improve child mental health and empower families to thrive so that childhood trauma does not become a lifelong burden. The KidsAid Foundation (Charity Number: 1122047 ) was established in 2007. We have since become a CIO (1167852).
