We operate Tea Bars in two clinical out patients departments, as a patient service,and a baby trolley. We make Memory Boxes & Angel Pouches for the Bereavement & Family Support group/dept. All profit to general charity purposes ie. Counselling Rooms, facilities, medical equipment & patient comforts & staff support

Objects: To relieve sickness among persons suffering from cancer of all kinds, financing treatment and associated care.a) to raise funds b) to provide amenities, equipment and facilities within the hospital. c) to promote research and development into cancers, their prevention and treatment and the improvement of equipment and to publish the useful results of such research.

Assisting in the area of Plymouth Naval Command, in cases of need, persons serving or having served as members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Nursing, Womens Services, Reserves or Auxilliary services or being dependent spouse, widow or widower and to Promote the efficiency of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines by providing recreational facilities and amenities.

Rurcon Communications Unit exists to support and make known the practical, educational, training and extension work with African Christian leaders in Rurcon (rural development counsellors through Christian churches in Africa) to benefit whole communities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Charitable expenditure this year of £53,111 (2021: £47,880), includes £52,542 (2021:£47057) which represents the cost of items and services provided and grants to 3 local groups and organizations who we felt met our criteria of offering health and well-being to members of the community. . The remainder was used to pay for administration and governance.

Charity arm for St Nicholas School Kenilworth - supporting the school to improve biodiversity of the school and mental health/well being of school commuity.

To improve the quality of life of the elderly in Amersham and District.(Amersham Chesham & Little ChalfontSpecifically we run 2 lunch-clubs and have for more than 20 years provided transport for the disabled( both wheelchair & those with assisted mobility) for these clubs , a third party charity who specialism is dementia, & a ladies mid week worship group.We also run a befriending service

Education - members of the institute work at a school emphasising a christian ethosSocial and pastoral - voluntary work in various locations including working with the homeless in the House of Mercy and counselling and other similar work in conjunction with another charity in Twickenham.

We record local weekly newspapers digitally each week for blind and partially sighted people. Every month we produce a Talking Magazine and periodically we record the local council info "Otley Matters". Our listeners either receive a USB stick by post or listen online. Our area covers Otley, Guiseley, Pool, Bramhope, Rawdon, Horsforth, Adel, Cookridge, Ilkley, Menston, Burley and Addingham.

To further the education of registered nurses and midwives who are members of the Kings College Hospital Nurses League in furtherance of this object the trustees shall apply the net income of the trust in one or more of the following ways:- in awarding to such persons grants towards post registration education and attendance at the professional conferences and courses approved by the trustees.

The Islington Mental Health Forum liaises Royal Commissioners, views, needs of mental health , Health events, food recycle, prepare docs for court, travel to court,witness, copy and prep docs for cases. Help to those older, over 57, walks, history and museum trips. Design of art, walks asked for by elderly. Help homeless, children anti-abuse campaigns, use social media as FB, watch PO perversion

Provision of transport to the disabled/disadvantaged to enable them to use medical services at hospitals and medical practices. Visits to opticians, dentists etc. Localised shopping, clubs etc.

TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND CARE IN PREGNANCY, THROUGHOUT CHILDBIRTH AND IN THE POST-NATAL WEEKS. MAINLY IN THE MID-BUCKINGHAMSHIRE REGION.

A self managed allotment association providing horticulture facilities for current and new members. Raised beds are provided for members with mobility impairment or other disabilities. Support for local groups , including the Scout or Guide Associations by providing space for activities within the allotment site. Fund raising support for other charities e.g. Macmillan Cancer Support.
