Be Free Young Carers supports young carers aged 8 to 17 years old, by providing 1 21 emotional support, respite activities, 13 plus Youth Club, bespoke befriending service and offering training in practical skills, all of which helps reduce the anxiety and stress so many young carers experience and increases mental health.

The Friends provide services within the hospital to enhance the patients' stay. It also buys equipment for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. It does this through various fundraising activities throughout the year.

PLANETS helps patients with pancreatic, liver, colorectal, abdominal and neuroendocrine cancer by funding patient support groups, innovative treatments and research.

To provide food, drinks, clothing and a hot shower every day of the year to homeless and disadvantaged people plus advice on housing, debt, jobs, health( with a nurse available 2 days a week and a doctor 2 days a week) and drugs and alcohol and classes in English, Maths, IT and art.
