Jumped Up Theatre Company is a dynamic and community-facing arts organisation based in Peterborough, We work with artists, develop audience and participation programmes, and programme shows and events, including the Platform8 Festival of Theatre. Moving Roots is our 3 year partnership with London's award-winning Battersea Arts Centre, funded by Garfield Weston and Esmee Fairbairn Foundations.

NYJC was established to advance, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of jazz music in all its aspects, for young people and others, and to raise the aspirations of young musicians. Our main activity is a week-long summer school in August each year.

The charity occupies premises located at 287 Goldhawk Road, which consist of a double fronted Georgian house converted into an activity centre for young people incorporating an art studio, cinema, lounge, meeting room and kitchen for healthy eating classes. To the rear of the house is a adjoining two storey building with a upstairs gym and ground floor games room.

Colchester Gateway Clubs provides social clubs and activities for adults with learning disabilities. Our activities include craft, art, socialising, drama, music, dance, disco, trips, weekends away. We also provide an advocacy and support service to people with learning disabilities and their families/carers.

To nurture and promote the development of classical music composition in the UK

Activities : Health & wellbeing, Befriending service for single mothers, confidence building, Cultural awareness on Cancer & domestic abuse , dance therapy , Heritage, practical & emotional support , skill acquisition, Pidgin English translation, Community Research

Promotes the knowledge,understanding and enjoyment of the English language and its literatures and fosters good practice in its teaching and learning at all levels by holding conferences, lectures and other meetings to respond to the professional needs of teachers and lecturers in all education areas, and by publishing a range of journals, books, papers and leaflets.

For the benefit to relieve people in need who are disadvantaged (whether through special or additional needs, dementia, communication disability, alcohol, substance abuse) by the provision of creative activities (including but not limited to music, drama and arts), an in connection with those activities to provide support and involvement for parents, guardians, siblings and carers.

Activities include performance at festivals and concerts, workshops and outreach projects as well as new music commissions, CD production and publications.

Offering regular provision of dance activities for children, young people and adults with a learning disability in South London. Creating public performance works made by company dancers with a learning disability and presenting this work in London and sometimes nationally. Providing regular engagement and outreach in schools, colleges, community settings and theatre and art venues.

The charities primary activities are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects but in particular choral music, by any means the trustees see fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals, and social functions to advance the cohesion of Peterborough Sings!.

The objects for which the Company is established are:-To advance the arts for the public benefit by the promotion in particular, but not exclusively, of the art of drama.

Encouragement/sense of belonging/ Purpose through Volunteer opportunities. The Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies was founded in 1879 to advance the study of Greek language, literature, history, art and archaeology in the Ancient, Byzantine and Modern periods. The Society maintains a world class research library and publishes internationally acclaimed journals in the field.

The operation of a Christian Bookshop displaying Bible-based literature. Employing Wickliffe Preachers to proclaim Biblical teaching. The circulation of a bi-monthly magazine and publication of books and leaflets. The operation of a Protestant website promoting Bible truth. Keeping our supporters informed and up to date on issues especially the threat to free speech and our nation's constitution.

We support the development of artists, the participation in dance by the community, and the development of cutting edge dance and movement practice and debate. We do this by:- offering bespoke artistic advice, space and time for professional development, sharings and events.- running workshops and classes for the diverse communities of East London

The Black Dyke Band enjoyed a successful year in 2013, playing in concerts, releasing new recordings, taking part in competitions and continuing its work with young people through the Yorkshire Youth Brass Band.

Rental of the managed office space has proved challenging in the current economic climate. The festival was very successful and a Town Team has been formed to help increase footfall within the town centre

Our objective is to advance the education of people in the arts for public benefit in particular the art of ballet. We achieve this primarily but not exclusively through the provision of nurturing talent to create ambitious new ballets, innovative dance films and by fostering special collaborative projects.

The Walter & Liesel Schwab Charitable Trust was established to assist young refugees and asylum seekers in accessing education. The Trust gives small grants to help young refugees and asylum seekers with their studies. Grants range from helping with transport costs, computers and books to helping with fees as necessary. The grants are dependent on the young person's immigration status.

Frontline enables and supports people with a learning disability and high support needs to live full and productive lives through their activie inclusion within the Brentwood Community.

To promote the study of economics; to promote research in economics and publish the useful results thereof; and in particular to edit and arrange publication of the learned journal Oxford Economic Papers
