The activities encompass those normally associated with those of a church in the Church of England. In addition, St Oswald's derives income from its Parochial Hall, through a parish magazine - Sowerby Now - in association with the Methodist Church and through a luncheon club for the elderly.

Blue Apple Theatre seeks to empower people with learning disabilities through theatre, dance and film. It achieves this by providing them with opportunities to participate in regular, integrated drama and dance sessions leading to public performance.

The charity organisation, based at The Manor Park Pavillion (Slough, SL2 1NP) provides activities such as multicultural/multi-faith get-together meetings for communal and religious harmony, serving food/refreshments for the elderly, and for other religious activities including daily prayers, holding festivals and special occasions with residents of all faiths.

Its primary activity is the running of specialist string chamber orchestras providing quality training for talented young string players between the ages of 7 and 21 and giving them experience of the art of public performance.

Little Green Pig offers accessible opportunities to seven to 18-year olds who are living in areas of high deprivation or facing challenging circumstances. We run free creative writing projects across Sussex which give young people the space and time to write for pleasure and purpose. The United Kingdom Thalassaemia Society (UKTS) is actively involved in various activities to support individuals affected by thalassaemia. Some of the main activities are outreach, research, publications, literature and patient and family support. The team also represents members on national boards.

Al Kalaam is established to advance the teachings and practices of Islam in according to Quran and Sunnah for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayers, meetings, lectures, establishing mosques and celebration of religious festivals.

Raise money to maintain the Hall through different activities. Regular users are Bowls, Community Council, Line Dancing, Circuits, Social Hub, Quiz nights and Singalongs. Facilities have been improved through funding from Brechfa Forest West Wind Farm Community Fund. The primary school regularly uses the facilities. We hold fundraising events such as fairs and Tribute Evenings.

Code 7 provides Performing Arts Mentoring, Education and Training for underprivileged young people in South London and the surrounding boroughs. We specialise in providing activities in Music Composition, Drama and Film Production as well as key skills, such as English and Maths.This is supported with a Mentoring Service which helps with the young people's social issues.

The Theatrical Guild is the charity supporting Backstage and Front of House theatre staff across the UK - offering a range of financial grants, access to counselling or therapy, mid-career training opportunities, welfare advice and industry signposting.

In line with our chief objects to support schoolchildren in Uganda, especially those who are vulnerable and whose lives are affected by poverty and/or the AIDS epidemic, our main work has been to support and raise funds for the Molly & Paul Childcare Foundation of Uganda.
