Recording and provision of memory sticks of information extracted from local newspapers and other sources and read by volunteers for the benefit of blind or partially sighted people in the area of Ashtead, Bookham,Effingham, East Horsley and Leatherhead in Surrey.

The aims of the Charity are to help both adults and children with reading (literacy) diffculties and to aid them by supplying a suitable reading programme together iwth teaching help as required.

The preservation and conservation of historic wall paintings, sculpture and other works of creative expression as well as the advancement of education and research in these fields.

Provides grants of money "to promote the education in accordance with the principles and doctrines of The Church of England of persons resident in the Ecclesiastical parish of All Saints Stradbroke and neighbourhood". Requests of an educational purpose could range from books and computers to travel and course fees, will be considered.

The scheme provides for the former school premises to be used for amongst other things the advancement of education by means of a library and reading room for the benefit of the people of Writtle and the surrounding areas.

Fundraise to provide financial support to Redbridge music service. We assist in purchase of musical instruments, sheet music and other requests from teachers at the school. We provide financial assistance to pupils for tuition at the request of Director in cases of financial difficulty. We provide financial support to educational trips abroad and at home.

The aim of the Julius Grant Essay Prize fund is to encourage research in the Paper Industry. The Committee ask for essay submissions and these are then reviewed by an esteemed panel of judges. The winner has their work published in a respectable industry magazine, there is also a £1000 prize fund.
