Biddulph U3A has approx 500 members who take part in voluntary activities of their choice on a weekly basis. There are approx 35 classes to choose from including Singing, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Yoga, Tone and Trim, Keep Fit, Sequence Dancing, Acoustic Guitar, Badminton, Table Tennis, Computer Studies, Mexican Dominoes, Photography, Bowling, Art & Painting, Patchwork & Quilting, Walking.

THE CHARITY PERFORMS EVENTS TO PROMOTE INDIAN ART CULTURE HERITAGE AND EDUCATION AS WELL AS ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION. THE CHARITY HAS AN ANNUAL EVENT OF DURGA PUJA AND OTHER DINNER AND DANCE EVENTS, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ONLY THESE.

The Foundation exists to nurture and develop the creative and technical skills and talents of young people by providing them with equipment and facilities which will enable them to produce and distribute audio visual programmes and other types of digital content relating to their culture, history, music and the world in which they live.

To advance public education in Ecclesiastical History, mainly through conferences and publications.

All scouting activities, which include: kayaking, archery, climbing & abseiling, camping, mountain biking, Music, Dance.

Film education and presentation

Amateur Dramatic Society.

Organises lectures, visits, study days and study tours for the cultivation, appreciation and understanding of the decorative and fine arts.Also provides financial assistance to selected local primary schools to further the teaching and appreciation of decorative and fine art and music.

to offer opportunities for a broad range of people to attend workshops.such as healthy cooking class, healthy exercises class.to provide facilities for people to learn about chinese history and chinese language.

ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN FAITH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH THROUGHOUT ENGLAND THROUGH THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS AND BIBLE STUDY, RAISING AWARENESS OF RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AND PRACTICES, CELEBRATING RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, MISSIONARY WORK, OUTREACH AND PASTORAL CARE IN THE COMMUNITY

TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF IVER VILLAGE AND RICHINGS PARK AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, INCLUDING USE FOR A PRE-SCHOOL, MEETINGS, DRAMA PRODUCTIONS, CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION.

We fund raise for the school, running cake sales, evening events as well as a summer fair. We also raise money by providing drinks at school concerts and other events

TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP, IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF CLASSICAL MUSIC FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PERFORMANCE OF LIVE CLASSICAL SEVENTEENTH AND EIGHTEENTH CENTURY MUSIC AND RELATED TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY MUSICAL COMMISSIONS, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE WORKS OF GEORGE FRIDERIC HANDEL, THROUGH EDUCATION PROJECTS, MASTER-CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

The aims of the Exmouth Youth Theatre are to advance the education of children and young peoplein music and the performing arts and to promote, improve, develop and maintain public educationand appreciation of music and the Performing Arts for children and young people residing inExmouth and the district of Devon. Our policy is one of encouraging diversity, inclusion and equality.

We had numerous events to raise money, such as Disco's,Quiz night, Easter fair & summer fair, raffles, capture u photography session, blue bags to school, Xmas shopping evening, 100 club, recycling and Bingo.

The Main activities are: the advance of the Christian faith among the Georgian speaking communities with the Greater London area for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on Christian faith to enlighten others about the Christian religion

Encourage the widest possible participation in the performing arts through the production of theatrical performances in the community.

Men in Sheds MK is primarily aimed at men; many are retired or not working. It works in an informal way and is open up to four days a week. Members have the use of workshop facilities for wood and metal work, crafts, model making, art and electronic projects. We undertake a wide range of construction activities: making things for individual members and to fulfil commissions from the community.

Trains and supports Theatre Chaplains to meet the pastoral and spiritual needs of those of all faiths and none, who areengaged in the performing arts.

The principal activity is a school for young musicians. Activities to be arranged are:A range of high quality community music activities for children and young people according to their needs, capabilities, interests and expectations, which represent different styles, genres, places and times according to the diverse cultural heritage of communities in the London Borough of Harrow.

Encouraging the appreciation of, or participation in, musical theatre by the performance of musical shows, pantomimes and concerts at venues in or near Thornbury.

To provide social and cultural forum to integrate and celebrate multiculturalism and social harmony in SwindonTo work with Swindon Borough Council to achieve its objective of harmony in ethnic diversity.To promote and celebrate the Tamil Cultutre amongst all sections of the community in Swindon:Tamil Language classesSouth Indian Classical Music , Dance & Violin cllassesFamily Learning

Conduct prayer meetings, preachings and counselling sections in the community, offer various kinds of assistance to the needies,motherless and destitutes for free, organise youth meetings such as soul lifting music programmes and free extramural coaching classes for them towards their exams,conduct hospital visitation to pray for the sicks and offer small donations depending on their needs .

The objects of the society shall be the study and performance of Operatic works, Musical comedies, Theatrical productions, etc. in the Lancaster and Morecambe area. Last year we performed Sweeney Todd which has recently been nominated for three NODA awards, including Best Show; Best Director & Best Actress.

The trustees support a wide variety of UK charitable causes, with a focus on musical education and development and work with young people generally.However, the Trustees regret that they are unable to accept any unsolicited postal applications.
