Arts, Charity and VCS support, LeisureHaddenham Community Library (HCL) maintains the library service in Haddenham under the terms of an agreement with Buckinghamshire Council (BC). Opening hours are currently 24.5 per week. HCL also provides a community facility for use by local people for a range of recreational activities. It has a contracted library manager who is supported by 30 volunteers.
