The establishment of a community centre and to maintain and manage the same for the benefit of the inhabitants of South Willesborough & Newtown.

Provision of Scouting to the young people of Arundel and the surrounding villages.

To promote facilities & community services to the inhabitants of Westwood and Ravensthorpe area of City of Peterborough.

To provide a regular meeting session for children of all backgrounds ages 5 - 16 as Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers enabling community networking, sports, camping, outdoor activities, learning life skills, fund raising, interfacing with local church and general character building and development into possible young leaders and explorer scouts.

We the Friends of Willingdon Primary association, our objective is to help raise funds to enhance and enrich the learning of the children of Willingdon Primary School. We do this by organising events within the school to raise money,These include:Family FireworksEast eventsChristmas gift shopColour RunSomeone special gift serviceAll money raised goes right back into the school.

Scouting activities - children and young persons.

The Scout Group supported young people in the Handsworth area. All sections have been on camps. The sections within the group with parents and friends in May did a trip to Gilwell to experience a wide variety of activities. The group attended many parades and events. Our Youth Dev. 2018 Prog. continues and involves all sections on various activities and joining other com. groups on events.

Community Centre for use by village and surrounding area for all age groups for sports, fund raising, keep fit, marshall arts and many other social activities, including Day Centre. There is also a library, play group and Doctors branch surgery on the site.

Fund raising within the school for the benefit of the children of Tregoze Primary School, Swindon

Raises money to support school activities - events were: Christmas Fair, Christmas Show Raffles, Disco's and a Donkey Derby.

The 2nd Saltash Scout Group acts under the umbrella of the Scout Association.We have 8 sections 3 Beavers, 3 cubs and 2 scout.

The Purpose of the 1st Hainault Scout Group is to promote the development of young people in the Fairlop and Hainault area in achieving their full physical, interllectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of the local, national and international communities.

Aiding the wellbeing of babies and mothers in the special care baby unit of the the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby, by provision of equipment and materials that otherwise may not be available.

General support for community, vocational and international projects

Beavers,Cubs, Scouts, Badgers Nursery School, Junior Church, Dance class, Caravan Club,fundraising concerts, quiz nights,

We provide funding to assist the Dean and Chapter to maintain and beautify the church and and support its worship, music and outreach.

Scouting and Guiding for young people in the Heywood and wider area.

The aim of the Sea Cadet Corps (SCC) is to help young people towards responsible adulthood and to encourage them to reach their potential by developing valuable personal attributes and high standards of conduct, using a nautical theme based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy.

The charity provides transport, day care activities and meals for our Monday Club for 30 people. On Tuesdays and Fridays Lunch Clubs are organised and run by volunteers. Approximately 100 meals per week are cooked on the premises. Other social activities such as trips and celebrations take place throughout the year.

Community Group

Contribute to the general comfort and well being of patients at Ysbyty Bryn Beryl, Pwllheli

Provide a venue for educational, social and recreational activities e.g. parent and toddlers, Taekwondo, Slimming World, carpet bowls, W.I.,, bingo afternoon, lunch club, fencing and exercise sessions . We also have regular themed social evenings and seasonal fairs.

To work to enhance the quality of life for people in the local community affected by ill health, disability or old age. Also to support the care and well being of patients/users at Savernake Hospital and other local health care facilities, local G.P. surgeries and help to improve the medical provision for these patients/users in the Marlborough area.

Lavendon Village Hall is the focal point for many of the village activities. It is the meeting venue for the youth club, the old peoples welfare association, short mat bowls club, weekly whist drives and other private and fund raising activities. The trustees are totally responsible for the upkeep of the building and for maintaining financial viability.

To provide support and financial help to local organisations of all age groups and provide opportunities for young people to participate in various activities to help character development.
