NEWVOL operating as DVSC is a membership organisation that aims to offer support and assistance to any voluntary or community organisation operating in Denbighshire, at any stage of their development. It acts as a link between the voluntary and statutory sectors, looking after the interest of the sector and assisting sector representatives on strategic and other partnerships.

YMCA Fairthorne Housing provides housing programmes, primarily for young people, within a supportive environment. Currently based in Southampton, Basingstoke and the Isle of Wight, there are 132 flats of single occupancy and 9 units for young mothers and their babies. Some additional youth work is delivered for young people in the locality.

We help people in need in the High Peak, Derbyshire Dales & surrounding areas. We are a broker for volunteers and volunteering organisations. Our practical help services include Befriending, Social Activities, Transport, Home from Hospital and Digital Inclusion support. Our care services provide care for older people, and adults/children with disabilities.

The main objective of the Charity is to promote the relief of suffering and treatment of illness in the Medway and Swale areas. The Charity makes an annual grant to Medway Community Healthcare to not only ensure that the current services of The Wisdom Hospice are maintained but, where possible, to continually improve upon those services.

We plan and run a programme of childcare & informal youth groups for different ages, both in & around the YMCA, including Family Support.We deliver quality training programmes for young people, including Focus Groups and Young Carers.We also run a nursery & manage Breakfast Clubs & Out of School Clubs at 8 locations.At our Colchester site we provide accommodation for up to 44 young people

Chrysalis' vision is to enrich and support the lives of individuals with disabilities.Person-centred support provided, flexibly meeting individual needs.Community Activities include: Independent living, The arts,Horticulture, Swimming,Employment support,Holidays, Outdoor activities.Our Wholefood shop provides skills for employment and engagement. 24hr supported living opportunities.

Ruils is a user-led charity that supports disabled children and adults to live independently & be part of their community. We deliver a range of holistic, outcome-focused services that aim to remove barriers to living an independent life including information, advice, advocacy, befriending, Direct Payments support, Social Prescribing and inclusive community activities.

To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in Lancashire and neighbouring areas; to promote, coordinate, support and develop community activities and to unite citizens of all classes irrespective of gender, religion or political opinion in the promotion of heath and social welfare.

Through targeted health and well being activities, accommodation, training and education, family work and support and advice services we actively look for opportunities to make a transformable impact on young peoples lives. In so doing we will provide safe environments that inspire and nurture body, mind and spirit and enable young people to play an active role in their communities.

Pontypridd YMCA is a community building at the heart of Pontypridd town centre. We provide services and activities that enhance individuals health and wellbeing.Working with a number of voluntary, community and public sector organisations we offer youth activities, exercise and fitness, support, education and training.

The charity is set up to provide accomodation and educational opportunies for the homeless people of Sunderland and surrounding areas.

The London Buddhist Centre teaches meditation and Buddhism in a way that is relevant to contemporary western life. It is a non-proselytising public centre, open to all, with no expectation of Buddhist interest / involvement. The Breathing Space programme run by the Centre teaches Mindfulness Based Approaches to help prevent relapse into depression and addiction and to manage stress and anxiety.

The Charity brings local people together to support people of all ages to engage in learning, leisure and social activity and to encourage healthy lifestyles and well being.

Based in the heart of South Westminster, the Abbey Centre serves the changing population of Central London. From our spacious and accessible centre at 34 Great Smith Street, we run projects based both in our building and in the surrounding community. Over 1,000 people attend the centre weekly from 2 months to 90+years.

The Citizens Advice service aims to: Provide the advice people need for the problems they face Improve the policies and practices that affect peoples livesOur free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information services are available to all residents of Norfolk regardless of race, gender, disability, sexuality or nationality.

The objects of this Charitable Incorporated Organisation are the relief of sickness and the promotion of good health and wellbeing of patients of NHS services in Medway. It began operating on 1 August 2018, taking over from the Unincorporated Charity (Registered Number 240562) which carried out the same function previously.

Forest of Dean Crossroads provides respite breaks for Carers in the form of daycare services, social groups and community respite. We also work in partnership with Adult and Social Care Directorate by providing care workers to work in a day centre setting as well as in the community. We also support Carers and cared for who hold Direct Payments and those who pay for their support privately.

CANDLELIGHTERS SUPPORTS THE WORK OF THE REGIONAL PAEDIATRIC ONCOLOGY & HAEMATOLOGY UNIT IN LEEDS. FUNDING IS PROVIDED FOR HARDSHIP GRANTS, SUPPORT GROUPS, HOLIDAYS AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES WHOSE CHILDREN ARE UNDERGOING TREATMENT FOR CANCER OR LEUKAEMIA AT THE UNIT; MEDICAL AND OTHER EQUIPMENT; MEDICAL; NURSING AND SOCIAL SUPPORT STAFF AND RESEARCH INTO CHILDHOOD CANCER AND LEUKAEMIA

We offer clinical care, support and advice to adults with cancer and other life limiting illness from North East Worcestershire area. In addition, we offer support and advice to the families, carers and friends of patients and a bereavement counselling service that is BACP accredited.

The Osmani Trust is a youth and community organisation operating in the East of London. It offers a range of services for young people and the community at large. These can be grouped into the following themes: education, training and employment; gang mediation, conflict resolution and community safety; health and sports; and generic youth club and holiday provisions.

The League is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and its charitable objectives are to relieve sickness and to preserve and protect good health for the public benefit by supporting the work of the Kent and Canterbury Hospital by such means as the trustees deem appropriate.

BELL VIEW (BELFORD) OPERATES FROM A FULLY INTEGRATED MULTI-USE RESOURCE CENTRE TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE OLDER, VULNERABLE, DISABLED OR DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE AND THEIR CARERS TO "LIVE WELL". THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR DAY CARE, LEISURE, CREATIVE AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES, AS WELL AS PROVIDING OFFICE AND MEETING ACCOMMODATION FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS.
