We are a charity based in Greater Manchester supporting young people (11-25 years) with emotional wellbeing and mental health. We offer a range of individual therapeutic support, learning opportunities, groups and creative activities encouraging young people to find their voice, develop new skills, have fun and manage their mental health and wellbeing to be able to achieve their full potential.

TIMP through its operating arm, Tavistock Relationships, aims to provide services that support couples, strengthen families and safeguard children. The charity's activities are the operation and provision of palliative care facilities and services for patients suffering from life threatening and limiting illness; along with related education into palliative care.

The Foundation's programme, Look Good Feel Better, is a national charity helping to boost the physical and emotional wellbeing of people living with cancer. It runs confidence boosting workshops for Women, Young Adults and Men in around 140 key cancer support locations throughout the UK as well as online. Online tutorials and booklets are also provided.

The operation of "Lime Tree House" which provides 24-hour Christian Science nursing care in a homely environment.
