St Catherine's maintains a hospice and provides specialist palliative care services to cater for the needs of patients and their carers. The Hospice benefits people from the areas of Chorley,Longridge,Preston and South Ribble.

Provides Nursing and Residential care including dementia care services.Owns and manages accommodation for older people which is either Extra Care, Sheltered Housing or Independent living, mainly for rent.Provides other charitable services, e.g. handy person scheme.Provides management services and consultancy for other organisations.

The principal activity of the charity is the provision of high standard nursing care and accommodation for individuals with neurological conditions who have complex needs. The charity operates two care centres based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire providing 24 hour care and accommodation.

The provision of palliative and other appropriate care to persons suffering from a terminal and/or chronic illness within a hospice(s) or within the community with the object of improving the conditions of life for such persons.To relieve the emotional and mental needs of the patients, families, carers, staff and volunteers who assist in the care of patients.

The Foundation Trust Network (FTN) is the membership organisation for the NHS acute hospitals and community, mental health and ambulance services that treat patients and service users in the NHS. The FTN helps those NHS trusts deliver high quality, patient focussed, care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate.

New College Worcester is a residential school for blind and partially sighted children and young people aged 11-19. As well as a full curriculum with a wide range of GCSE and A-Levels, the development of independent living skills and an extensive programme of extra-curricular activities is part of the educational provision.

To provide Specialist Palliative Care to people with cancer and other life limiting illnesses(symptom relief and support) who are over the age of 18 years living in Milton Keynes and surrounding communities. Depending upon the patients needs and their choice, care can be provided as an In patient, in the patients home or Day Hospice.

The charities Objects shall be relieving pain and sickness for the benefit of the public by assisting in the provision of emergency medical services and equipment, in particular the provision of an Air Ambulance Service or other emergency transportation primarily in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly

Aquarius works with individuals, families, carers and professionals around issues of alcohol misuse, drug misuse, gambling and other behavioural problems. We have services across the Midlands and the northern Home Counties. Our skilled practitioners and support workers offer education, training, outreach, home visits, one to one & group work.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer..yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.This is unacceptable!We are striving to fund a network of 7 research centres whilst challenging government and larger cancer charities to invest more in brain tumour research.Help us fund the fight and find a cure.

The Charity has the general aim of identifying opportunities to fund high quality research into major cancers affecting men, women and children. In addition, Tenovus aims to provide psychological, psychosocial and practical financial help to people affected by cancer, to educate and raise awareness of cancer issues of both the public and healthcare professionals.

St Wilfrid's Hospice is a local charity providing skilled and compassionate care and treatment for all patients with complex needs as they near end of life.

To provide support, advice and services to people with poor mental health and their families, through supported housing, one to one support, group peer support, training, counselling, signposting, volunteer opportunities and therapeutic services.

The charity operates a 14 bed inpatient unit; hospice at home service; a day hospice open 3 days a week; a community team caring for up over 230 patients at any one time; a bereavement service; an education centre and support and advice to patients & staff in local hospitals.

The objects of the Trust are to relieve:-a) the elderly and anyone who has been diagnosed as suffering from a terminal illness by providing or assisting in the provision of care for their companion animals for which they are no longer able to provide.b) the suffering of and cruelty to animals whose elderly or terminally ill owners have died, or are no longer able to care for them.
