Let's Talk Well provides free, confidential counselling & emotional wellbeing support for children & young people aged 9 - 25, helping them build resilience and improve their mental health& life outcomes. Eckling Grange is a leading local provider of Christian care. It has a 60 room Residential and Dementia Care Home for the elderly, providing personal care and accommodation. 20 of the rooms have additional security, providing secure accommodation. It also provides integrated sheltered accommodation in its 54 bungalows, as well as domiciliary, respite and day care services.

Step One supports people with physical, mental health, sensory and other disabilities, or those with long-term health conditions, to improve their quality of life and degree of independence and have the opportunity to achieve their potential through personal development, training and employment.

Mind in Tower Hamlets and Newham provide a range of community and in-patient services for people who are experiencing mental health and emotional issues living in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham. We work with people through one to one support and group work, counselling, advice and advocacy, employment and training as well as complementary therapies.
