St Mary?s provides day and residential education, therapy and care for children and young adults from ages 7 to 25 with speech, language and communication difficulties and other complex needs. These needs may include disability and illness including learning difficulties, health issues, mental health issues and physical disabilities.

AS SPECIALISTS IN END OF LIFE CARE, OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS THE CARE AND SUPPORT OF OUR PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR FRIENDS. THIS TAKES PLACE IN BOTH OUR EXTENSIVE COMMUNITY AND WITHIN OUR PURPOSE BUILT HOSPICE. EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ARE IMPORTANT SECONDARY OBJECTIVES IN OUR WORK, AND LIKE OUR PATIENT CARE THEY ARE SUPPORTED THROUGH OUR FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES AND OUR HIGH STREET SHOPS.

Meeting the end-of-life care needs of our local community through the provision of specialist services combined with support, education, partnership working and collaboration with others. Patients receive expert, dignified, compassionate and supportive care.

Care and support to people with life threatening diseases and conditions together with their carers and families including: 12 bedded inpatient unit, day hospice and patient groups, community care, counselling and bereavement support, medical outpatient support, spiritual care.

Prospect Hospice provides dedicated end of life care in the Swindon and Wiltshire areas. It supports patients in the purpose-built Hospice, and in people's own homes. All care is provided free of charge and is offered in partnership with community and hospital services.

Caudwell Children provides:* Family support and short break activities * Mobility and sensory equipment * Access to life saving surgeries treatments* Life changing therapy for children with brain injuries, and their families* Supported holidays for children fighting life threatening illnesses with their families* Holistic therapy for Autistic children and their families

Sands vision is a world where fewer babies die. Sands works to ensure that, when a baby dies, anyone affected receives the best bereavement care and support for as long as they need it. Sands offers a free UK helpline and network of support groups, works with healthcare professionals to improve bereavement care, and involves bereaved families in research to save babies lives.

THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE AND THE PROMOTION OF THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE POLICE SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 5.1 PROVIDE TREATMENT AND/OR FACILITIES FOR ILL OR INJURED POLICE OFFICERS TO SUPPORT THEIR RETURN TO BETTER HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

Imperial Health Charity helps our hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering and fundraising.
