Since 1966, The Richard Dimbleby Cancer Fund has supported people living with cancer in the UK. Today our main focus is the online national resource, cancercaremap.org. Previous projects include the work of Dimbleby Cancer Care at Guy's and St Thomas', The Richard Dimbleby Research Fund and The Richard Dimbleby Chair of Cancer Research at King's College London,

Since 1982 the Manna House Trust has sought to serve the community by providing access to professional counselling services, accredited courses to students training to be future counsellors and supervisors, and wellbeing workshops, for everyone in Northamptonshire irrespective of faith background or ability to pay. It has also provided a coffee shop, bookshop and flats for the homeless.

The charity provides a centre for spiritual and physical refreshment for individuals and groups by offering short term breaks for individuals, married couples and small groups. It also provides facilities for larger non-residential groups for worship and meetings, and also conference facilities for secular groups compatible with Christian values eg, NHS trusts, hospices and many voluntary services

The provision of housing accommodation for persons over 60 years of age and of good character who are in need, hardship or distress, with a preference being given to those aged over 63 years of age who are members of the Church of England.

The Charity makes donations for the benefit of children and other charitable causes.The Charity sponsors visits to Childrens' care homes and hospices by the theatrical group, Magical Quests.The Charity supports the Society of Friends of Jewish Refugees and the Cinematograph Trades Benevolent Fund.

Provide financial support to both serving and retired members of staff along with dependent family members who find themselves in severe financial difficulties, through no fault of their own. Provide recuperative holidays following long term sickness or after major surgery and support with palliative holidays for staff.

We were founded in 1901. We exist to further philosophy by publishing the academic journal Mind and by funding philosophical events and research of the highest quality.Please note that we have NO CONNECTION WHATEVER with the mental health charity MIND, founded in 1946.

We are a self-funding, self-help charity providing a variety of therapies, information and support to people living with MS and other neurological complaints, their famiies and carers. Our aim is to help members retain mobility and independence following diagnosis of their illness.

Street Forge Workshops provides Day service opportunities through tuition and guidance. This ensures personal development and progression, for adults with physical, sensory or learning disabilities, including those with multiple disabilities and/or mild mental health problems. We are accredited by Norfolk & Suffolk County Council, which means our services are safe, secure, legal and sustainable.

To support and promote the health of Africans in Greater London by providing care and practical help, information and advice, and to advance public education on HIV and AIDS.

The charity receives income from rent which is solely used to make grants to charities and organisations that provide support, therapy and education to children who are hearing impaired, autistic and communication delayed.

The provision of Warden assisted housing for those in need, with priority to those living in the districts of Salisbury and Wilton. The Charity maintains 19 units of accommodation.

The principle purpose of this charity is to provide equipment for use in hospital and hospital based Community Services for which, we are informed, funding is not available. To enhance these services and to aid new projects. to assist and support patients and staff to provide a link between hospital and public.

Funding Mental Health, Homelessness and Health in the Community. Appeals are considered for project costs, running costs or salaries.
