Projects include Employability, Skills, Media, Arts & Culture, with the Oasis Cafe, Aylesbury being our main hub, with a focus on the Opportunities Bucks Strategy. Funded by Trusts, Foundations, and contracts.

LionHeart helps RICS members and past members and their families in need. This includes financial assistance, counselling, legal advice, debt advice, employment advice and stress advice.

The provision of advice, counselling, accommodation and housing support services

To provide palliative and supportive care, including pain and symptom control to persons of either sex, any age, without regard to race or creed, who are suffering from any chronic or terminal illness or from any disability or disease attributable to old age or from any other physical or mental infirmity, disability or disease, in such ways as the Trustees shall from time to time think fit.

At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years. We work in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.Members of our experienced care team support each family at home with short periods of respite, advice, terminal nursing care and bereavement support.

Our mission is to asist Shaare Zedek Medical Centre to provide world class care for all patients irrespective of their ability to pay, age, race or religion. We provide financial support to fund services, capital projects, research and the purchase of equipment for the hospital. Funds are raised through donations and legacies, solicited mailings, events, direct approaches and special appeals.

We do this by action - encouraging communities to take control;support - helping the most vulnerable within our community (e.g. ex-offenders, homeless, people in recovery, people with physical or mental health conditions, etc.);resource - helping groups with governance, funding, etc.volunteer - promoting and using volunteers to initiate change

We are the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by bipolar. We provide a range of services including information & advice, a network of support groups, eCommunity, workplace training & telephone & email peer support. We also work in partnership with research organisations and campaign for new developments to tackle key issues.

Over 7,000 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year in the UK, and each day sadly 11 women die from this disease. Target Ovarian Cancer's vision is to stop ovarian cancer from devastating lives. We do this by targeting what's important - symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected - and we do this across all four nations of the UK.

The charity activities include drug and alcohol rehabilitation, residential support / dispersed housing support in the community and a drop-in-centre for homeless people. Equally, it provides social enterprise, supporting people back into employment. It also educates the public about addiction and social exclusion.

Providing support to bereaved British Forces children & young people through our Assistance Programmes: Smiles, Support and Strides. Smiles provides fun-based opportunities for children to smile again. Support is focused on health & well-being & includes access to professional bereavement counselling in conjunction with partners. Strides provides access to small education and development grants.

The Charity's aim is to use the donations received to enhance the services provided by University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, thereby improving patient care. This is acheived through the provision of additional equipment, services, training and education. The Charity also funds items directly related to patient and staff welfare which could not be purchased using NHS funds.

The Trust is solely a grant-making charity particularly in the fields of The Advancement of Young People, Healthcare Research and Development and Cancer Relief , throughout the North West Region.

To provide employment and training opportunities for people with long term mental health support needs. We operate three vocational training projects set within social enterprises. Centre provides conductive education for people with motor disorders - mainly those who have cerebral palsey but also now offering support for adults affected by strokes or Parkinsons.

The charity makes grants for the purposes of (a) the advancement of education and health through the development of treatments and therapeutic interventions for eating disorders (including anorexia nervosa) and (b) the advancement of education and learning through scholarship in relation to early Judeo-Christian art and culture and its impact on European society.

Young peoples resource centre offering informal education, accredited and non-accredited courses, childcare, counselling, cafe, health activities, womens work, work with LGBT young people, music, art, recording studios and sports. All of these activities are provided with in a philosophy of encouraging young people to take control over their own lives).
