The aim of the Charity is to support patient care by developing and educating health and social care staff to deliver care of high quality. Research supports patient care by looking at evidence, posing questions and seeking to find answers which will change practice. This work happens at local, national and international level.

Nepal Leprosy Trust works with people affected by leprosy and other disabled and marginalised people. It supports them without discrimination, to empower, rehabilitate and restore dignity and thus demonstrate their potential as active members in their community. At its Lalgadh Leprosy Hospital & Services Centre, the trust has established a model for the elimination of leprosy stigma in Nepal.

The charity supplies accurate information on Christian Science and its founder to the press, media in all its forms, Parliament, public sector institutions such as schools and hospitals, other religious organisations and private individuals.

Two Rhythms delivers therapeutic arts activities for people with a variety of physical and mental health needs, including profound disabilities, learning difficulties and Autism Spectrum Condition. We work across all ages, from young children to seniors. We welcome participants to our two specialist delivery sites in Cardiff, and we license our unique programme to organisations around the UK.

Deaf-initely Women is an organisation that is governed and managed by deaf women, delivering services/activities for their peers. We aim to build their financial and emotional resilience.

The aims of the group are to further the interests, welfare and amenities of South East Sheffield. Partnership working and co-production to provide activities and services that benefit the community. Providing Health and Wellbeing activities and advice, adult community learning and community dementia support.

PASIC provide practical, financial and social support to the families of children and young people living with cancer. Our family support workers help families build support networks to reduce isolation. We also offer financial assistance and organise activities such as parties, trips and other events so that families can spend quality time together away from the stresses of the hospital.

Provision of education, training, support to adults with mental health problems and learning disabilities through the provision of workshop based employment together with horticultural activities and leisure activities taking place throughout the North East of England. The charity helps adults to regain mainstream employment and volunteering opportunities and provides support to aid recovery.

GROW works with schools and communities delivering bespoke programmes in sustainable food growing and outdoor learning. We work predominantly with children and young people who face poverty, personal, or social barriers to learning, healthy living, and employment. Our agro-ecological farm and outdoor learning site at The Totteridge Academy in North London is at the heart of all of our activities.

Dementia Carers Count is the working name for The Royal Surgical Aid Society. We provide space for family carers of people with dementia to inspire them to learn, connect and receive practical support to feel empowered in their caring role. We invest in research to understand family carers? experiences, needs and desired outcomes, and campaign to improve the support they receive.

The Bethel network is a Christian organisation, which exists to promote the heallth and well-being of the people of Birmingham and its environs. We achieve this providing a range of support through counselling, parish nursing and in the future a Health & Healing Centre offering a variety of services.We are currently providing practical support to the people of Sparkhill and Sparkbrook.

The BSPED promotes research and training by encouraging collaboration and open dialogue. The BSPED holds an Annual Conference which incorporates a Training Day and specialist nurses sessions. The committees of the BSPED work to create guidelines, audits and research to advance knowledge and good practice in our specialist area. Information is communicated with members through a monthly newsletter.

Our primary purpose is to transform the lives of disadvantaged children. Our principal intervention involves working in partnership with schools to create self-help communities that provide therapy, support and practical advice to children and their families. In this way, we improve the mental health of the children and advance their education.

Colchester Foodbank seeks to address food poverty in the local area by giving food parcels to clients who have been issued with a voucher from a professional agency. In addition, we seek to make available signposting from a range of professionals who can advise on debt, housing, benefits, health and wellbeing, budgeting and child welfare.

PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN PROVISION OF FACILITIES,SUPPORT,EQUIPMENT AND EDUCATION FOR THE PATIENTS OF THE HOLMWOOD AND MORLAND SURGERIES IN TADLEY

The DPJ Foundation provides support to those in the rural communities of Wales, especially men in agriculture. It does this through spreading awareness of Mental health, educating people through Mental Health First Aid and providing practical support to those in the sector through the 'Share the Load' counselling referral service.
