We preserve over 100,000 historical objects and archives spanning six generations of a family firm, helping to tell the story of the development of Street as a company village with nearly 200 years of shoemaking heritage. The large and varied collections of objects, books and archives provide a rich source of information and inspiration about the Clark family, C & J Clark Ltd and the local history

The charity's objectives are as set out in its' governing document, namely the charity was established for the purpose of promoting advanced Jewish religious education and learning, and in particular to:(a) to give instruction in the students in Jewish classical religious literature with special emphasis on the Talmud,

The principal activity of the company throughout the year was that of the National Dance Company Wales, which it undertakes in pursuit of its charitable objective of advancing the arts and education.

The Chalke Valley History Trust has been established by the founders of the Chalke History Festival to promote the understanding and enjoyment of history. The Trust intends to carry out its objects by making grants to the Chalke Valley Festival, the Chalke Schools History Festival, school history trips, and other history related projects.

The charity's objects and its principal activity continues to be that of the promotion of all aspects of artistic activities throughout the district of Alnwick. The Regional Studies Association is a global community promoting regional research, development, and policy. It supports researchers, connects research to policy, and shares knowledge through journals, events, networks, grants and awards to advance regional studies and demonstrate their societal value.

The Aspect Foundation for Music and Arts is a charity committed to the advancement and promotion of the arts, culture, heritage and science. To promote and support the practice of the traditional folk arts, especially as practised in England. This includes traditional dance, music, song, folklore, storytelling, arts, and crafts. To conserve, maintain and develop the Halsway Manor as a hub for these activities.

The Change Foundation is a charity that uses sport and dance to unlock wider potential and open the doors of opportunity for marginalised young people, using a team of passionate, dedicated coaches who work to make a real and lasting difference in young peoples lives.

The Brian Mercer Trust awards grants to charities and organisations whose aims are: a) Prevention of, or relief from, disadvantage and suffering resulting from poverty, ill-health, or other causes globally.b) Promotion of visual arts, and artistic talent especially in the North West of England.c) Support for charitable community initiatives local to Blackburn, Lancashire

The Naval Children's Charity supports dependant children up to and including the age of 25 of serving or former serving members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, QARNNS, WRNS, Reserves and RFA who are in need, hardship or distress. Families are supported through grants, free books and resources and community support. Families can apply directly to the Charity for help or through other agencies.
